It takes you a moment to work out what it is, then you see that he has two large while pupils and you guess he probably can't see.

Grim re-summons his cart/ coldfire stallions and goes on his merry way.

Ares writes a note to the person asking for him to telepathically communicate with the man in his place.

Umbra succeeds.

It appears that you have only been unconscience for a few minutes and nothing has changed around you.

Umbra looks to see if pushing the chest and triggering that trap opened any chest compartments that were hidden

Grim resummons his cart and travels a little way, whereupon he finds a wandering solider.

Ares-

He agrees to communicate in your place.

The man writes 'What is the problem?'

I tip my hat to him and ask why he is on his lonesome.

Umbra-

The chest seems unchanged.

Grim-

He recounts a tale of woe, that he has lost his commander's sword, the Sword of Ages, handed down by generations and rumoured to be one of the few weapons that can harm a Grathron. He has been exiled from the Kingdom and is searching for a new kingdom or master to serve, unless he can find the Sword of Ages of course.

Ares writes that his wings have been destroyed and they wont seem to heal, and that he needs them to return to his journey.

I ask him if he has any idea of where his commanders sword was lost. I also tell him about the towns of New-Exile and Ikanna.

Afterwards, she heads down to the old mine where they were digging before and looks for some metals to feed Wubbles.

He feels your stubs and the man tells you that they have been clipped with an enchanted blade, so that they will only grow back to a much smaller size. He asks why this has happened?

He tells you that he lost it while in the Bar of Sirauly, he was just wetting his whistle when everything went sort of hazy, then when he woke up the Sword was gone.

He thanks you for your help and heads off to Exile.

I continue on the road to the altar of life. (when I finally find it it should be useful to say the least),.

Wubbles wants to play a game and won't sit still, trying to bring your will power against the little munchkin proves impossible as Wubbles has big soppy eyes that makes you go 'Awww' and huggle Wubbles.

Umbra-

Ares tells how the people from the lands to the east are displaying other races like circus exhibits and treating them like slaves, and that he was caught in a trap, and when he awoke he was trapped, with his wings in the state they are in. He asks if there is anything he can do to restore them to their former state. He curses the gods again.

Jen plays a game with Wubbles, before putting her in Jen's pack for the moment. Then Jen goes to the mine and starts looking for minerals for Wubbles to eat. If she finds anything very useful, like a gem or gold or something, she keeps that for herself. Otherwise, she checks if it's safe for Wubbles before she gives it to her.

Grim:

 

While you are walking you hear the sound of a noisy crowd erupt from up ahead and see a man running from them.
