I've basically given the MK armor a +5 roll on blocking a magical attack, and a -5 roll on casting a magical attack. It all depends on what you roll, since the crystals aren't super powerful. You can try to change your armor and then cast, but I'll probaly put a penalty anyways, along with the chance that they can hit you while you are weak. Master of your domain?
