I'm not all that skinny. I'm just rather short and average thinness. I'm a 34 B and have a size 6 waist. And Magzar knows I don't look like a skinny boy. :smile:

I thought the update was 100% perfect. i say remove the Torso's str bonus. It doesn't need it. just whiny asswipes like you demand it.

I could care less for the torso, honestly. Why? Because it means less clueless idiot pures messing me up in BA while I get my extra agility/mining/fm xp. But since they turned it back, it means there's even more idiot pures at once because they all dropped their torsos. Thanks, Jagex. <sarcasm>Release something for pures who don't pay attention to the tutorial and for mains who do, all at the same time! That way, the pkers get what they want and the mains get angry at the pures. The balance of nature is restored!</sarcasm>

Pures (Zerkers in particular) have likley had to get toro's several times due to death in PvP. Because of this they have likely played tons and tons of games as different roles and thus know how the game works. Its more the skillers and other people who never had an interest in the game which prove to be difficult because they don't know how to play.

 

Point being, Pures likely know what they are doing and they have a reason to win (because they want to get their torso's back). The only downfall is they may leave before wave 10 if they have achieved the points they needed.

The only pures that go to BA, are Rune pures. Rune pures take time, effort and knowledge of the game to create, so from my perspective all rune pures should know the basics of what to expect.

I used to love runner boots prior to this update, though the attack bonuses werent much, it was the only of its kind that gave range and magic attack bonus, now there just like rune boots. :(

 

For those who did not now this...prior to that update, penance skirt was satistically identical to red d hide legs,and the old set with penance ranger hat was decent for melee/range hybryd for the game. Now there not range armor/gear and are the same as rune legs while all hats are same to old runner hat stats.I think what they should of done since they removed the update to torso is probably given the skirt since its actually "melee" now like +2 str bonus or something. :thumbsup:

 

And personally, I did not like they changed the other attack style hats to all match what the runner hat already was before the update.

Thanks for that, as I didn't realize the changes to the skirt. I'd just assumed they'd left it alone since it was poor to begin with. However, if it's at least rune (with +5 Summoning over it!!) it may actually be useful to someone.

Funfact: The skirt had a ranging bonus because it was made from the thorax of the penance rangers.

 

I'd prefer they restore the stats to all armour pieces, even if that means the loss of prayer effect. They were better before. The prayer restore can't even keep up with rapid heal.

The xp horns are great though.
