In that case you may want to farm them all, since they give a HUGE amount of xp for literally no cost, and save 1 seed for possible future use. That's my recommendation. If you do this, I'd recommend Brimhaven (again!), because it's easy to check it from there.

i dont really feel like doing that atm. i am getting 80 farm and stopping cause i have other goals to attend to. the spirit tree is the reason for 80.

while i ahve enough seeds to get 80 just from spirit trees i am not going to cause that would mean a ton of garden pies. and some lucky stews.. i just want one so i only need to use 1 pie

On a side note, even after your goal, I'd recommend farming trees, just not nearly as expensively as during your goal. If you take the little effort each day to farm insanely cheap trees such as willows and curries (which, imo, is the ideal cheap set-up for off-goal training), you will reap huge benefits when your next farming goal comes.

After I got 80, I stopped farming trees for a long time. When the time came when I wanted 99 farming, I realized I could have saved a LOT of money if I had farmed just willows and curries in that time (which cost something like 20k per day, very affordable, especially when considering herb farming and stuff like willow branches and curry leaves).

i have actually been using fruit tree seeds that i got from mtk. as of now i havent finished off my apple trees and i have about 100 other trees left to go.

and school is kinda getting in the way. i doubt ill continue to farm much after this. i usually do it in jumps of a few lvls. as of now anything after 80 seems useless.

I chose etceteria for the obvious reason: it's faster getting to Brimhaven with ardy tele and pickpocket guard for 30coins than to having to get to a fairy ring and look up the code to get to MTK ring tongue.gif

Looking up the code? If you go to MTK enough you'll have it memorized in no time (cip) and is quote close to edge tele. I'm not saying Brimhaven is best (as I really can't say from any experience), I'm just saying, Glory to edge (which I usually have on most of the time), grab your staff, run to the rings, teleport quickly and you're there vs. Banking (depending on where you are, might take a while) grabbing runes, teleport, pickpocketting a guard, then run to the boat, pay the man, wait while you sail.

Closest tele to a Fairy Ring is Slayer Ring (Slayer cave), followed by Glory (Edgenville). I add the useful fairy codes to my ignore list, but you could use the notes thingy.

Don't farm your extra Spirit Seeds. As far as I know, the only assured way of getting one, would be to get 55k points at Vinesweeper, which is a lot! You could still get lucky with other methods, but don't count on it. Just hang on to them.

Don't farm apple trees, they're worthless (sell the seeds); use curries or better.

Will this be the next hot topic?

Fairy ring codes are stored in the side panel anyway. Why has this been an ongoing argument?

You'd be surprised as to how many people have gotten spirit seeds from MTK. If nothing else, 55K points is about 3-4 hours of lax play.

I say oranges or better

I've tried putting house / tree combos in both and it is MUCH faster to put the tree in Brimhaven with house in Relekka.

For penguins, you win on both accounts. The Spirit tree in Brimhaven is more centralized than the house portal, which means a shorter average run to potential Brimhaven pengs. For the Relekka House Tele region, in exchange for faster access to Miscellania, you get faster access to Neitznot, Jaitzo, and Lunar Island (all common penguin spawns).

For clues, you're better served with the Spirit tree in Brimhaven as it's right next to the Agility Arena (very common challenge puzzle).

For farming, it's probably a push.

Put the tree in Brimhaven!

If you are using "fruit" tree seeds to level, then Brimhaven is definately the way to go as it saves much time. (I usually start at the GE, tele to Brimhaven to plant fruit tree; then to Gnome Village; then to Gnome Stronghold; then to Lletya; then tele to Catherby.) That worked real well for running fruit trees.

I am what I am! Acknowledging this is the beginning and my growth is yet to end!!

Brimhaven for sure.

Having your tree in Ect. does nothing for you except the bush run. If you need to do MTK, just glory to edge, fairy ring to Ect.

Having your tree in Port sarim does nothing at ALL, in fact, not even the closest spirit tree to a tele, the tree at mobilising armies is much closer.

Having it in Brimhaven will allow you to get fast slayer tasks if you lack those gloves like me, also allow you to get to two fruit trees (stronghold and brimhaven) from just one teleport. Put it in Brimhaven!!!
