Icu, the gene modification wont do that. At most, it slightly increases the efficiency of stuff. I've already said what it does, and since you were working on the same project, you get the same effects. Besides, Russia didn't get the full research anyway.

Also, that is pretty much how genetic modification works, you add the new gene code to a virus and have it inject the new code into the nucleus of a cell.

 

Don't be shocked when somebody hacks into your govornment computers, remotely reprogrammes the police robots, and begins a killing spree, inciting mass rebellion against the government and basically making you lose.
