Ok, as Mather was first to go into my country, I'm not allowing any force in my country with intentions to attack Scandinavian forces. It could end with fights in Russia and I'm not allowing that, only allies of Scandinavia are allowed in through the NK Russian border.

 

So Ross, your ok with not attacking Mather, and Rocco your not going through.

Icu NK really doesn't need the help as of now (seriously they will kick the [wagon] of any army scandinavia sends in) and as for your second point the North Koreans are probably going to be pretty pissed off at you after they kick the crap out of the Scandinavian army. You can go through quickly and you will have a military escort. You will also be going on borders the entire time.

Also, Mather, for it to be a city is completely unfeasible. A small town of 120-150 houses maybe, but even that would be difficult to do and horribly innefficient.
