At best you can construct a military rig next to Japan, at best your looking at under 1000 troops. Though you can store ships there, you could probs get around 10k there, but no land vehicles really.

Dusty, I don't think your people would be comfortable with you making and selling weapons to countries. Nor would the UN, I know quite a few countries do it, but Australia wants to directly go to war with them.

Considering 4 out of the top 19 arms exporters were countries that are in the SR, I doubt they have a problem with it.

Okay, so from what I've read, Mather tried to/did invade North Korea with Russia's permission, and Rocco and Ross are/might send troops to attack Scandanavia, or some sort of military intervention.

 

My response is: cross into South Korea, and die. Ummm, and please go around Japanese airspace when using the Stratos Jets. There are...some nasty surprises there, so just don't go in. Maybe cross around through the Pacific near the middle, take a loop, and enter North Korea by flying over Russia.

Anyway, the Indian Empire has been dissolved, although the former territories have military agreements with India that they will not join the Japanese Empire, and India will still garrison troops and provide military protection.

Just noting that India was barred from stationing troops in Malaysia, since that is part of the Japanese security zone, where no foreign power my station its soldiers there.

Australia again states that orbital weapons will be taken out of commission. If this warning is not taken, the RFG systems will be recycled. If you heed the warning, you can save the materials and use them on a space station or something.

The PRC states that it's kinetic bombing project is simply a prototype, possibly to be donated to the UN global defense grid.

It was approved. However, kinetic bombing would be useless for the defense system. The GDN will be located near Luna and will try to deflect objects on a collision course with Earth.

Several more rockets, one being the future mars shuttle will make their way to the moon over the following years. The logic for this is storing enough fuel to break Earth's atmosphere and make it to Mars proved a little too much for our designs.
