Japan puts many researchers from Kyoto University, one of the finest in the world, into further research on moss related energy.

-----

I won't be purchasing the technology because I do not believe in paying other governments for such technology. Any products involving such plastics can be acquired without purchasing the technology, as Japan does not need to produce the plastic by itself. After all, Japan will have massive supply of "oil" made from moss, so oil-free plastics is not needed. The research was intended to give all nations access to the technology.

Oil-free plastic is not a military tech, so I think that it does have to be shared. Japan declares the "Nagoya peace accord" a success.

The only difference between a disagreement between friends, an argument between strangers, and a feud between enemies is the ability to reconcile.

Since when was plastic military tech?

....It is being shared...At a price. I thought that was why Sere quoted it...Good old American spirit for free enterprise.

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

The USA, Britain, New Zealand, Canada, and Australia have formed the Free Trade Union.

As such, the aforementioned nations have withdrawn from the TFTA.

@Archi:

That is indeed within the rules, although it is a loophole. Selling schematics for scientific discoveries was common practice during the last two hegemony threads.

Japan and the other members of the Japanese-free trade area petitions the Free Trade Union for a low, flat tariff of 5% on all goods sent either way.

Australia is still part of the TFTA and does not join the FTU.... Since I have more influence over Australia than you do.

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

I'm pretty sure that Australia would go with all the former British states tbh.

The two largest economies in western Europe Germany and France have entered an alliance.

There never was the influence system, Archi.

Besides, Australia has signed agreements with the USA in favor of the preservation of the Anglo-Saxon race, which does not include the Swiss.

Japan petitions the two great economic powers of Europe, Germany and France, for a flat 5% tariff on all goods entering and leaving the Japanese free trade area.

Racism?

It's a REALLY big shaft.

I didn't catch fire, I used the can of hairspray as a flamethrower and pointed it at my arm.

how are you going to ignore my posts when I'm offering to let you live as my vassal in two weeks time?

Damm straight Icu Germany and france accept the trade proposal on tariffs. (On a side note archi this alliance currently has a total GDP of 5+ trillion dollars)

No they haven't.

Sere, don't turn this into an annexing match....Australia has no reason to join the USA and Britian in a small trade group when it is already part of a trade group... If Ross says otherwise then fine, until then it should remain as it is.

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

It allows one country or alliance to have greater economic power than the ones with lesser GDP. (for instance this alliance has 10+ times the economic power of switzerland)

LNYvk.png

Well since Australia apparently wasn't taken out of the game, and I did enter an alliance with the USA before I quit, I guess it still stands?

The USA, Britain, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia warn the Swiss about the repercussions that controlling the world economy could have.

Ross-

You did? My mistake.

Sere-

I am not controlling the world economy...I am controlling the Swiss economy and trying get on top of the debt before it crushes the international community and Switzerland along with it.

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

America should deal with their large debt... If thats even possible O_O

Well I wouldn't think Sere would have full power over Australia, just influence I guess.

It's still a seperate country, and it would take 25+ years to make it join under another flag (It was my country, and I hate the 5 day annex thing, so I'm making Australia take 25+ years to annex)

2Xeo5.png

He has influence over it and when he left your TFTA very likely his allies would go with him.

Yay, Australia remains part of the TFTA.

He said that the treaties between the USA and Australia still stand.

I'm sure that Australia would leave the TFTA and join the Free Trade Union.
