So I did it partly out of spite too.

Switzerland tells German and French Lawyers that they will be arrested for acts of sedition, since they are not allowed to enter Switzerland without a permit.

Japan asks Switzerland to only use nerve gas in defensive warfare, such as when being attacked, rather than using it as an offensive weapon against African soldiers.

Switzerland agrees to Japanese requests...though what that means is very little(I probably wouldn't use them again anyway....it was just the need to get hold of that territory for future uses which compelled me to do it.)

Japan thanks Switzerland by sending a sushi chef with several poisonous puffer fish. The expert chef has not made a mistake in 50 years, and cuts the fish perfectly. He offers it to Switzerland as a sign of gratitude. Meanwhile, a poison test is quickly and easily administered on the fish to make sure it's not poisonous. The tester (also sent by Japan) is then killed by the chef throwing his cleaver in his skull, since he's disgraced that they would think he miscut the fish. When your people look at the tester kit, it comes back clean.

The Swiss people are deeply saddened as they arrest the chef for acts of sedition.

Japan condemns the chef for putting a cleaver in the Japanese tester. The chef's guild of Japan ceremoniously erases him from the wall of fame. Japan sends a delegation to Switzerland to ask if Japan (not the entire federation, just Japan) can join the TFTA, despite the ban by Switzerland.

Switzerland arrests half the delagation for acts of sedition and extradites the other half to Japan. Japan is warned not to send uninvited individuals to Switzerland as all foreigners without a permit are arrested immediately.

 

You can also not re-enter TFTA until the time is up.

German troops equipped with gas masks and tanks as well as over head cover march up to the upcoming dam in the Rhine and with some heavy moving equipment with operators also using as masks start demolishing the dam. The lawyers are also sent in with a military guard.

I was in the TFTA, just FYI.

Also, I'm surprised that Switzerland hasn't done anything about the Islamic threat in Europe.

Mustard Gas mines explode, covering the soliders in Mustard Gas(Mustard gas reacts with the skin as well so Gas Masks do nothing). Claymores and High Explosive mines, as well as a vast array of machine gun and turret emplacements lay waste to the German invasion.

Germany is warned that if it does not cease immediate a state of war will exist and this minor skirmish will be repeated as the true horror of World War 1, repeated.

 

I think the death toll should be in the tens of thousands?
