Why not, I guess. Oh, and South America (as well as Panama) has banded together in an economic and defensive alliance. It's dedicated to improving the lives of our people, and protecting them. I don't control the countries, but it basically means that if any of them are attacked, we will all help, and we will possibly put into place a new currency that will be accepted in all our states.

Also, this means that no one can take them over diplomatically, pretty much.

Also, funnily enough the Anarchistic parts of somalia are better off than the corrupt parts.

Well I'm sure that someone would intervene if you started burning people at the stake, or encouraging holy war on someone. :) Other than that, someone probaly won't intervene.

It can't be split. Alright fine, the other countries have joined Japan. (I was trying to make it more interesting, but I guess I can't do that without exposing technicalities)
