Switzerland informs Japan that Nerve Gas will be used in a war of Self-Defence.

Germany responds that it was only doing what would have happened if Switzerland had not turned anyone in their right mind away. (Hmm I am starting several talks with france for a closer alliance if you will) EDIT: Twas a token military force simply sent there to protect the digging crews also ahem what makes you think my soldiers where not wearing anything that would get in the way of mustard gas. Finally a machine gun would not be all that effective against a tank.

Russia states they will not stand for hostile acts against the Swiss

Switzerland thanks Russia for its support, but does not want them to get drawn into a war on their behalf. Not when Russia has a vast undefended boarder, where as Switzerland is essentially a fortress, surrounded by an impentrable shield of weapons.

Okay, that basically repeats what I just said.

 

That's basically the stance that the NAP takes.

 

With that said, a war between Switzerland and Germany on the Continent does not reflect the national interests of Britain, Canada, the USA, Australia, or New Zealand. However, the armed forces of all countries are on stand-by, should the war somehow spill over into the Channel and make its way to England.

I remember posting way back that I increased troops around our border that is near Germany (back when I embargo'd em, but I unembargo'd em and didn't remove the troops)
