I send in an ambassador for some peace talks (granted in the last war if I had thought it through I would have sent the helicopters over the middle of the area between the breaks then landed and gone on foot.) I also put up a web-cam for Karl Wagner to talk and keep the other permit for future use.

-Provide free electricity to Europe from the Rhine Dam, plus shares research on oil-free plastics with Europe. Furthermore, farmers losing their livelyhoods from the loss of the Rhine can be compensated.

-Stops trying to mess up the European economy

-Removes embargo (if any) on Germany. This does not mean free trade, but absolute embargo is suggested to be halted.

 

Germany:

-Stops invading Switzerland

-Respect Swiss sovereignty

-Stops commanding Nazis to attack random things

-Removes embargo (if any) on Switzerland

I would also like for a guarantee of a minimum flow of the Rhine and rights on the sediments when the reservoir gets clogged (honestly archi farming takes up ~ .9 % of my GDP I am mostly doing this for france)
