Retech
The peanuts theme has been moved as the official military march, for the army, the navy, the airforce, and the bicycle corps. It will become one of the most respected and feared melodies in existance. Meanwhile, a more fitting national anthem is chosen. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yrme-KRBvzk Master of your domain? archimage_a
archi, is there any way to make plants semi sentient Probably, it would probably take 12 years...Basic type of man-eating plant. Feeding it might be problematic... Trol. I have updated the map. http://www.uzzisoft..../archimage.jpegWell I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts. The_Mather1
I was talking about taming the since he wanted control of them. Now think of a facillity protected by wasps, bees, ants, termites, mosquitoes, etc. Also you'll have a hard time finding a man-eating fox, they only hunt small animals and they are very shy. archimage_a
Having grown up on the Isle of Wight I agree that a 'Man-Eating' fox is not terribly likely...but a feral, dangerous, murderous fox is pretty realistic. wasps, bees, ants, termites, mosquitoes Wasps could sting but not 'eat', same with bees.Ants could eat, and large ones could do it pretty quick.Termites are detritivores, so would be ineffective..Mosquitoes...a large enough swarm could kill, but...to be honest...infecting them with some disease is probably easier. http://www.uzzisoft..../archimage.jpegWell I knew you wouldn't agree. The_Mather1
Did you know a termite's bite is as bad as a fire-ant's?Also I just meant using all at once, not in groups. And tamed leaches by moats. Twitter: @TheMather1
Seraphi
I can't see it being really effective. Since you would be required to alter the animals DNA, as you can't tame a mindless drone. Termites don't bite as much as fire ants.

Termites don't bite as much as fire ants. But the drones are connected to a hivemind that can hav the queen emulated by an AI. Seraphi
Mather, the only way to control these things would be with pheremones. It isn't so much a hivemind. But that's besides the point. They would need to be constantly maintained, and would probably be a bigger pest to you than the enemy.
Icuownage
When we annex a country, are we looking for PPP or Nominal when we look at their GDP (IAG)? archimage_a
Did you know a termite's bite is as bad as a fire-ant's? If you infected a fox with Rabies, then let it out near a city, it would go an infect the local population, without biting them.A sort of cheap form of biological warfare... Anywho, what about a wasp farm? Get a tonne of wasps, in captivity. Get a nest, put it inside a case of some kind, then lob it at an enemy... To be honest, though, this animological warfare seems a bit far fetched...since...well it is not partically sane...man eating plant is alot safer because you know that won't wander into yout camp and eat you... But the drones are connected to a hivemind that can hav the queen emulated by an AI. Right....Back in the real world, where mind control doesn't exist, and the AI is played by me...I seriously doubt the sense of sending an army of soliders who could be controlled entirely by smell... Archi, Icu is building a wonder? Are we allowed to create our own wonders with sufficient money? You may suggest one and then I decide on it after thinking about how it might affect the game. http://www.uzzisoft..../archimage.jpegWell I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts. VEGHATERMEATLOVER
I've added my comments in[these tags] Did you know a termite's bite is as bad as a fire-ant's? If you infected a fox with Rabies, then let it out near a city, it would go an infect the local population, without biting them.A sort of cheap form of biological warfare...[lthis made me laugh lol]A Human Bite is singificantly more hazardous to your health than most...since our tounge is not used to heal, like a dog's is... Instead it just swarms with bacteria.[lets inlist the humans as 'biters'] Anywho, sending an army of Termites against an aircraft is a stupid idea. Sending them against soliders is equally stupid. Fumigation for the win? [i suggested in PM that he could research genetic modification to make them more poisonous and resistent to fumigation] But the drones are connected to a hivemind that can hav the queen emulated by an AI. Right....Back in the real world, where mind control doesn't exist, and the AI is played by me...I seriously doubt the sense of sending an army of soliders who could be controlled entirely by smell...[Mathers right on this, a queen could be emulated and with some research you could probably control whether they swarm or stay friendly] [if anyone wishes to make a weapon as weak as that its a one time suprise weapon people won't have bee-proof armour so you could get live bee's and send them into the battle and watch the enemys flee in blisters]Archi, Icu is building a wonder? Are we allowed to create our own wonders with sufficient money? You may suggest one and then I decide on it after thinking about how it might affect the game. [i've got a good idea ]
Seraphi
Actually, true. Since they must be controlled through smell, the enemy could just as easily turn them against you. It's a pretty terrible idea. But then again, so are man-eating plants. It's a plant. It can't move, and would take upwards of one hour to digest somebody (Unless of course you want it producing highly concentrated acid and wrecking the environment and the ecosystem around it) I'm sure common logic would tell the soldiers to "Stay away from the strange plant with a huge opening in it the size of a human"
