To acomplish this plan, you would have to grow man eating grass across the globe, where we will see that it is the grass, kill a lot of grass, we suffer huge hits in IAG and your removed from the globe.

For grass to be able to eat a man effectively (For this we are assuming he has the sense not to feed himself to it) you would need a seriously strong acid, which would ruin the ecosystem and environment around it.

 

Therefore, putting it in your own country as defense would be a bad idea. I guess if you're into biological warfare it could be used as offense though.

But I don't think its actually possible to resist one unless you make it so it diverts your circuits and goes somewhere else, but then again that shouldn't protect it 100%, as a high concentrated burst would just pass through the entire circuit.

I had a big long post on how it wouldn't work in real life but decided I wanted it lol.

A magnetic pulse could be stopped only if the 'nanofibre' (How about you research nanotechnology first) was really thick.

 

Basically, its so he can make indistructable drones lol.
