Also, this should roughly be Byzantium's IAG next decade:

517,320,000,000

-Saudi Arabia, Greece, Albania, Bulgaria, Turkey, & Wu

How about the infrastructure damage you've taken? It would be your IAG times your infrastructure.

Basics:

I moderate and don't play. If I say something is unreasonable then it is unreasonable. Regardless of what you think or what I have said before. If you disagree PM me as I will post this rule as a responce otherwise.

Superweapons are unbuildable. This does not mean powerful weapons are unbuildable, it means weapons more powerful than the Nagasaki Bomb are not allowed. (Low level nukes, used on their own, are fine.)

Fallout, Global Warming and Virus Outbreaks do not exist in game.

Your country gets technology avalible in 2010.

Research can be whatever and take whatever you think to complete...but it has to be reasonable(and more than 1 year)

Joint research projects split the cost, they do no increase the speed of research.

1 day is 1 year, starting from BST 00:00

All Armies, Defences, Navies and Airforces are disbanded and you cannot attack in the first year.

Moving troops takes 2 hours in real life.

You have to be a real country, you may not pick a continent other, non-nation, entity.

Economy:

GDP will be replaced with IAG (Industrial, Agricultural, Gross).

IAG is your entire GDP as it was in 2000, but has to last you 10 years. After 10 years your IAG is restored, minus any money you didn't spend, then increased by your Infrastructure as a percent.

Increasing your IAG is done by spending on Infrastructure. Infrastructure starts at 1 for all countries.

Spending 100% of your IAG on Infrastructure increases it by 1. 99%=0.99 and so on.

Bombing and warfare near towns and cities destroys infrastructure.

This means you need to keep track of three numbers....Your IAG, how much money you have left and your level of infrastructure. (These figures will be kept in the OP as well)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_past_GDP_(nominal) (The figures are in millions, so add six noughts to the figures when posting.)

Annexing:

Annexing another country peacefully takes 10 years and costs half their IAG(at least).

If someone else tries to intervene then whatever they spend is deducted from what you spend, and visa versa.

Successfully annexing a nation gives you their full IAG from the next 10 year period onwards.

Successfully annexing a nation also averages your infrastructure, so annexing an underdeveloped nation can weaken your infrastructure significantly. This figure will then be halved.

Conquering:

Conquer the Red Dots to take control the city and the surrounding area.

NPN(non-player nations)s will have a garrison of 20,000 troops per city, but probably has a larger army elsewhere.

Fighting near cities will damage the infrastructure of the nation who eventually controls the city.

Conquering an entire nation will give you half their IAG from the next 10 year period onwards.

Nope, no "All countries have lost nuclear weapon technology" here.

North Korea (officially the Democratic People's Republic of Korea or DPRK) is claimed to have an arsenal of weapons of mass destruction, and claims to possess nuclear weapons. The CIA asserts that North Korea also has a substantial arsenal of chemical weapons. North Korea was a member of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty but withdrew in 2003, citing the failure of the United States to fulfill its end of the Agreed Framework, a 1994 agreement between the states to limit North Korea's nuclear ambitions, begin normalization of relations, and help North Korea supply some energy needs through nuclear reactors.

On October 9, 2006, the North Korean government issued an announcement that it had successfully conducted a nuclear test for the first time. Both the United States Geological Survey and Japanese seismological authorities detected an earthquake with a preliminary estimated magnitude of 4.2 in North Korea, corroborating some aspects of the North Korean claims.

In April 2009, reports surfaced that North Korea has become a "fully fledged nuclear power", an opinion shared by IAEA Director General Mohamed ElBaradei. On May 25, 2009, North Korea conducted another nuclear test, which is believed to have been the cause of a magnitude 4.7 seismic event. Although there is no official information about the test’s location it is believed that it happened in the north-eastern region near Kilju, the site of North Korea's first nuclear test.

North Korea has developed nukes, and look who I annexed last decade. \:D/

It's part of the military. We've already discussed this. You have no nukes. And as it stands right now, we have around the same number of people.

The Italian Genetics Clinic has opened in Sardinia. Currently it is only open to Italian (and Tunisan/Algerian) citizens, but if a country pays a fee to our government, their citizens can get treatment too.

Treatments include healing of some forms of paralysis with stem cells, and genetic elimination of Cancer, Diabetes, and AIDS. Also, though it is risky, and extremely expensive, the various 'cancer genes' can be removed in adults. It is so expensive that it is only really worth it for billionaires or world leaders.

No ceding countries to other people. That's just a method to bypass the annex system.

Mexico goes back to being an NPC country.

I am alright with it, since there are only a few players...if you give up you are out for good, and I can tell if someone has more than one account...So it should be fairly difficult to abuse the rule.

Same annexing rules apply though(minus the 10 year wait)...ie Infrastructure is halved and it costs money.

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

Correction, I have the technology to make nukes + the little boy warhead I made.

Archi, how's my coup d'etat going along in South Korea?

Reminders:

Oh, and the ISA(International Space Administration) has been set up in Switzerland. Anyone who joins will get access to Efficent Rockets in 80 years time, allowing for relatively cheap orbital flight. Membership costs 10 billion a year. Joining later will cost more.

The IDA has been set up, the International Debt Association, which will lend money to countries if they cannot pay their debts. The IDA will charge .1 Infrastructure per 10 billion lent, and will expect to be paid back. Stealing money from the IDA is bad.

Mather doesn't have nukes, so far as I am aware...or at least he hasn't told me about them, which amounts to the same thing.

I think the coup is finished, I will colour

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

Japan redirects the funding of it's own infrastructure to an aid mission in Iran.

It also begins creation of a single "little boy" warhead. It reports this to other world leaders along with the information that it's use will not be used against them as anything but retaliation. If anyone is strictly oposed to this then the construction will be aborted.

The IAG not spent on infrastructure mostly goes into the army and some goes into fighting HIV/AIDS. Currently South Africa has 150 troops per 100,000 people, we will increase that to 1,500 during the next ten years.

If I need to give more information tell me.

Thanks, I joined the last time to, but 99% of my population died before it got colored on the map.

Yes, that was...unpleasant.

My infra is around 0.8 or something, so it's a negligible difference. Hence the 'roughly'.
