I never liked straight cut jeans. I prefer slimcut.

Slim cut are trendy. Wait, slim or skinny? Because slim/skinny jeans will (very likely) virtually disappear before too long.

Disappear is a bit of a strong term, as they're still very present especially in higher fashion. Not to mention they're probably here to stay for women; that's bound to have an impact on menswear.

Matt: You want that eh? You want everything good for you. You want everything that's--falls off garbage can

Camera guy: Whoa, haha, are you okay dude?

Matt: You want anything funny that happens, don't you?

Camera guy: still laughing

Matt: You want the funny shit that happens here and there, you think it comes out of your [bleep]ing [wagon] pushes garbage can down, don't you? You think it's funny? It comes out of here! running towards Camera guy

Camera guy: runs away still laughing

Matt: You think the funny comes out of your mother[bleep]ing creativity? Comes out of Satan, mother[bleep]er! nn--ngh! pushes Camera guy down

Confirmed for Amish, unless you're talking about girls who don't have nice legs.

That being said, they are more of a 'slimmer' straight cut.

Another question; where can a boy of 15 like me get a good rucksack? I've been looking at this bag by American Apparel, what do you guys think?

I always forget how young you and Shiny are..

I don't know if I would trust the quality of an American Apparel backpack, most they're stuff fall apart after a good 6-12 months. My brother just showed me these backpacks earlier today, which I feel will give you more of a bang for your buck.

Nah, not sinny jeans. Slim cut jeans, which stay close to the thigh, but don't keep tapering on are slim cut, if I recall correctly. Where they fit slimly dow. I wear essentially slim straight cuts, but plain old straight cuts I don't like. Bootcut are alright.

It's made with nylon so I would guess it'd be reasonably strong, though.

It's AA, I wouldn't trust it either. My mom has a Herschel backpack (I was going to buy it but she said it was too small), and it's looking pretty good, but you're looking at hefty shipping costs IIRC. I have an Undefeated black nylon bag, it's doing pretty well but I'm not sure it was worth 110$.

i rock a jansport because i'm only 17 and it'll last me at least seven generations.

went shopping yesterday, bought some stuff at AA, UO, and J. Crew. trying to find a pair of chinos that are skinny and tapered. Any recommendations?

Also, the stupid AA hipster cashier left the ink tag on my shirt so i have to drive alllllll the way to their store and get it removed. i think i'll just wait until i have the money to buy another shirt and then go or something.

What's wrong with AA, anyway? :s

not much

some of their things are really low quality but others are pretty good.

This, but you never know which is [cabbage] and which isn't until it rips.

Do you want skinny or tapered chinos (since that could be anything from skinny to carrot fit)? What's your budget?

What in the lord is AA? being aussie we only fit one stereotype of fashion:

One problem Im having lately is finding a good fit shirt. Most times I get a medium and its surprisingly baggy, so I have to go small but there's always the one off where small is too small. I only have I tihnk 2-3 shirts atm that are a perfect fit.

Check Brooks Brothers, they always make really good fits. Measure yourself if you can.

I had a Jansport one that lasted me like 5 years before one of the zippers ripped apart; I probably could have gotten a replacement from them. They're waterproof too.

I like messenger bags and have a nice SwissGear one, they're like $30 and are pretty good quality, plus they're made by the people who make the knives... They make backpacks too.

Also, for those of you how are skeptical about not washing your jeans:

Hrm. Interesting. So you don't wash your jeans for a long period of time so that you end up with 'wear lines'. Does this only work for skinny jeans? And does it work if you've already washed the pair of jeans before? (I'm guessing no for the last question)

It works with all cuts of jeans but to get really nice fades you need raw denim. raw denim isn't washed or treated when they're made.
