I admire alot of pixelers, but they're mostly on other pixelart forums. Err, on TIF I'd say Terley(he needs to work on his anatomy, but he improves himself so rapidly I'm sure he'll be incredible some day) and you random(you should practice more, the skill is there) and Fox Red. He was really awesome in his day.
