Nero
Dusty, I hold Louis in prison, and put him on trial. What're the current revolutionary France territories?Putting him on trial is just roleplay nothingness. The result of the trial will be:-Execution-Abdication & Letting him live in some French chateu out in the middle of nowhere-Exile So, pretty much the same options on the random event. --- Budget is reset btw, and armies reinforced. Wisp
I was leaning towards Exile, but then I figured, why not go with history. An Impartial trial finds Louis guilty of treason against France and it's people, and is sentenced to death. Hegemony-Spain
The Dark Lord
I was leaning towards Exile, but then I figured, why not go with history. An Impartial trial finds Louis guilty of treason against France and it's people, and is sentenced to death. So, Jacobins get their way again, instead of the Gerondins. Interesting. What next? I think it would be interesting to see an atheistic France (as it was for a little bit after the Revolution), but I assume you are going with Napoleon anyway. If you do that, then France will become Catholic again. I think that it would mix things up a little if the atheistic trend continued, causing a sort of future "French kulturkampf" against the Roman Catholic church. Icuownage
FFS. I just want a 1v1 with a freakin country and no one can leave it alone. Even though the British public are quite pisssed I also believe they hate America more still, cause come on.. Rebellious swine who keeps dragging other people into the war OR King who was fighting on around about even sides with America (They had more troops than me in America). Portugal is embargoed, they're deemed as worthy as swine and a propaganda is sent around with the Portuguese king on his knees, it is angeled to be a double entrendre. As thats what it currently is. =P~ Anyway I'll sort my budget back when I get home in less than an hour. It's a REALLY big shaft.I didn't catch fire, I used the can of hairspray as a flamethrower and pointed it at my arm.how are you going to ignore my posts when I'm offering to let you live as my vassal in two weeks time? a_bert
mad? the USA will fight on for as long as one of our citizens draws breath until Britain completely withdraws from a continent which it has no right to live upon note: America is going to i40 today and I'm not sure what the net will be like but it shouldn't be an issue but if I fail to reappear after this evening that's why: until monday 'Tis I, 'tis Vindice, 'tis I! Icuownage
Britain thinks America needs to learn who actually put them on that continent in the first place. (Do you think you're native America or something?) It's like saying if God did create us, and he said he wanted to live on the Earth and be our king, that he isn't allowed to do that, even though he is the entire reason for the existance. Anyway, I had 19 million left over last budget, I imagine I paid around 9 million for deployment. Unless Dusty has the figure, which is unlikely as it is my job to keep track. Gives me around 33 million. Grim_
On a note to Wisp (if King Louis has not yet been executed). The Netherlands offers to take the deposed king into custody so as to remove him from the stage of France. They also implore the French not to harm the Prince or the queen and to send them as well. Grim_
The Netherlands replies that they should at least send the prince and possibly the queen because "It is an ill deed to execute a boy for the crimes of his father no matter who if he is a prince or a pauper". Icuownage
I'd have a lot of that research if it wasn't for the war.. And what're you talking about Rocco, he had a bigger army than me :S. Also American's practically are British, well the most common American is of English heritage but ofcourse there are other races in there. If you deny it you're as bad as the people who tell British people to "speak English". Dammit, right as I do my budget awesome unit comes out...
