Overconfident? I always find the most powerful creatures available and kill them, just like I wanted to fight the transdimentional monster.

Alrighty, I started the short story for Creative Writing. I wanted to do something dramatic. What do ya'll think of this as a dramatic opening:

 

Prolouge

A portal opened in the Worldstone Chamber. The two girls hugged each other as the room shook.

Shadow, you go through the portal. The room will collapse at any minute. Go.

Emerald, no! Im not leaving you behind! We came this far!

Shadow, if we both go, we wont make it! GO!

Emerald! I dont want to leave you!

Youll have to! Emerald pushed Shadow towards the portal.

Shadow looked into Emeralds green eyes. Both girls were close to crying.

Shadow! Take this! Emerald threw her amulet. Its my amulet of bravery! You have earned it! Remember me with this!

Shadow nodded as the tears ran down her bloody cheek. Chunks of the giant ceiling fell down.

Goodbye Shadow. Emerald said as a giant chunk crushed her.

Shadow cried as the force of the giant chunk sent Shadow falling backwards into the portal, knocking her into a new world unconscious.

Did a little more on the short story I have to do for my CW class. I'll make sure to dedicate the story to all of you.

Unfortunatly, there's no way in hell I'll finish the Space one in time for the start of the short story project. :P That's gonna end up being like a trilogy or sunthin. :D Can ya'll help me with the title for the short story?

It was just the simple matter of copying it into Paint.NET and choosing the Black/White option. :mrgreen:

Pretty sure Haakon is preferred if you can't get the accent.

Indeed, but it is not an accent, å is a letter of its own, unlike à, á, â, ã and ä. Æ, ø and å are the last letters of the Norwegian and Danish alphabets while Swedes use ö instead of ø.

 

Retech, I'm gonna join you, you need someone who can do the things you can't. And if something comes to kill you because the guy you're working for considders me a "someone" even though I'm part magic, part pulp and barely alive, then I can tear it apart.

Sure, but I was trying to get to a stage where my variety of magics could accomplish almost anything within reason.

Stil, there are some things you can't replace, warp, force and electricity most noticably as they are the most unique.

Nobody does not have a story to follow. Y'know, with the apocalypse and all.

 

You cannot seriously be telling me that after the sky has turned red and the ghosts are flying around everywhere, your character would look up, say "How quaint" and then look back down and keep doing what he was before.

Ross, Hakon was hunting monsters and examining an island filled with demons, how exactly would the apocalypse change that. If you're killing things and learning mystic stuff, you most undoubyadly would continue doing so when the world ends, because how else to stop it?

 

Ross, no stories? Then why is Earth on an Avatar releasing spree?

 

Retech, take the gate for example, for you to knock it down youhave to use extremly powerful magic, I can change its form, warp it into pudding, blast it open or with my newfound strenght maybe even smash it open by hand.

That's the thing though. I don't mind trying to use extremely powerful magic to knock the gate down.

 

It would certainly be a good sign.
