Budgets are supposed to be kept by players. If you are unsure then be reasonable.

Please post any investements, again, to me for the reset. Ideally with a number.

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

I've got a question that might seem stupid, but a land and water based attack against a nation with no army would do what exactly? Would that count as a civilian massacre, a military takeover or a wasted attack? That is assuming the attack was simply an attack, not a raid or anything with a specific goal.

Craaap, this complicates matters a bit.

I mean it is kinda annoying to have something complicate plans like this, but it is always good to have more people playing.

Master of your domain? I am Lord of the manor, Queen of the castle, King of the county!

The only difference between a disagreement between friends, an argument between strangers, and a feud between enemies is the ability to reconcile.

OOC: I mean I think it was pretty obvious to everyone that I wanted South America, but I think it is big enough to split.

I'm suprised by how Archi noted that you were seen as doing nothing wrong (despite me paying many times your demand as reparations), except moraly, yet you took no hit to the moral score.

I've got a question that might seem stupid, but a land and water based attack against a nation with no army would do what exactly? Would that count as a civilian massacre, a military takeover or a wasted attack? That is assuming the attack was simply an attack, not a raid or anything with a specific goal.

Paying Industry doesn't count, similarly paying on the eve of battle doesn't count, you would need to actually negotiate with the leader of said nation.

Indonesia-Japan war...Neither side was in the right.

If you launch an attack against an unarmed country then you move in and take over, and suffer constant attrition, like Germany and France.

Dungeonal, you can join if you like.

On the subject of the report...Sorry for the delay, combination of factors, most significantly a bonfire (I couldn't pass up the opportunity to burn things  )

I will get on it, and the MAJOR EVENT, has been sent out.

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

Japan:

A massive program of building Green Powerstations in third world countries was undertaken, with over 100 Billion being spent on it. The effect has been to reduce carbon emissions by 30,000 and a bolstering of Biological impact +2, however Japan has come under alot of critisim, both at home and abroad, for spending such vast sums on other countries while their city burns(-1 World Presence)

Anyone mind telling me if it affects South America at all?

OOC: I don't have much interest in Central America anyways, so it is not a major deal. I mean, it's just a basketcase of revolutionaries + major drug trafficking area

Well, that's embarrassing. It looks like I misread my information, and didn't notice a decimal point in front of two zeroes.

Revised budget, I suppose:

250m to China

15b to rocco

5b to grim (Debt from last reset)

11.1b to infrastructure

6b to military (I forgot to include that in the last part)

Remaining 62.8b to infrastructure.
