It is not a strictly terrorist group, they do other things as well. As they say my spanish friend "Knowledge is power" and surely the knowledge about such a group is worth what amounts to some aid to another less well off country?

A blockade would be surrounding their country. We're forcibly stopping slavers from trading in the Mediterranean. All other nation's ships will pass freely, naturally.

So far they've blown a city of near 5 million people, and enslaved another million. I think blocking trade is a pretty small response.

 

In any case Grim, I'm out of money basically for this reset, minus a few billion I have in emergency funds.
