Brazil declares war on Japan: planes are seized

Japan declares war on Brazil: planes are seized

Retech gets greedy (50% of the time): planes are seized

Someone else declares war on Japan and Brazil is not on Japan's side: planes are seized

Japan declares war on someone else and Brazil is not on Japan's side: planes are seized

 

I know that you are trying to protect your planes from a first strike where they are targetted on the ground, but this isn't the best solution for that.

I mean, Japan is not well suited to being a world dominating hellraiser. It has a population heavily concentrated in cities with few natural resources. It can't tank hits like the Soviet Union. Face it: it's a wizard that can't be on the front lines.
