ill go collect some gnomeballs today and go look for some lame autoers

I was in the fishing guild, and a higher level than me was just reporting random people, not even checking beyond calling out their names if they were autoers...I can't stand autoers, but honestly, I hate the people who are overzealous in their hunt for them.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We need a good way to mark autoers, and hopefully this works :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And whats this silliness I hear about you can get staff by reporting a whole bunch of autoers? Thats stupid, and not what I would ever expect Jadex to choose staff from. That is the ONLY reason this guy was going after autoers...

if i get it correctly, its liek this:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1: find a suspect auto-er

 

 

 

2: determine if he could very well be an auto-er

 

 

 

3: throw a gnomeball at him

 

 

 

4: make fun of him and laugh at him as you type up his name in the report window

 

 

 

at 5 it gets questionable for me: where do i get a new gnome ball? do i really have to score 5 times again?

The "determining" whether he's an auto-er is the same as the gnomeball part. And, I'm pretty sure you have to score another five times.

just saw two autoers with gnome balls, this is definetly a good way to point them out, and a good laugh to see them :D

Wow, great idea. I think someone should suggest that to a mod... if they throw a gnomeball at a noob while they're doing somthing, and they don't even respond or even look likey the noticed, chances are they're autoing. God, thanks ALOT, now I just HAVE to go do it myself :lol:.

No, it shows that they're auto-ing, because they haven't noticed the gnomeball and haven't bothered to dispose of it.

Seeing someone run around with a gnome ball doesen't say crap. lmao... It's their reaction that counts, and you can't screenshot that.

last time a dude was making bowstring and im pretty sure he was autoing since a swarm came and when he died he droped abbysal whip ! a lvl 72 got it =(

id like to announce, 4 of the accounts with 99 cooking i realized were autoers, no longer show up on the high scores

I was woodcutting all evening yesterday, private chatting to friends, knitting IRL (yes, guys *can* knit) and I got 10 birds nests in about 3 hours. I was most definitely not auto-ing, but I wasn't chatting with other players around me either.

Yea its Marcroing, and what world did you do this on cuz now I fell like burning som runes, if you understand :twisted:

OR drop like 5 harpoons in a row and watch the autoers go nuts.

Hey, is this why someone threw a gnomeball to me while I was smelting at al-Kharid? While I was NOT autoing, although I always switch over to forums while actually using the furnace. I was mildly annoyed. :wink:

well, ill go buy some soul runes and teleother them as much as i can.

yea the autoing really is out of control. I spent the last couple of days feltching at seers and at any given time or world there's 3-5 lvls 3 running around going back and forth to the flax field, banking at the same spot. And later in the day people of about lvl 60-70 pop up selling incredible amounts of flax (25k+).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I also noticed an increase in the people selling magics in large amounts, I found 2, one lvl 5 and one lvl 29, the first wanted to sell me 6k magic logs, the second 2.5k magics. So I told them to add me to sell me later and when I pmed them the next day they gave no respons the entire afternoon, but suddenly in the evening they pmed me if I still wanted to buy :?

I still don't get it with the gnomeball.... Does the gnomeball stcik to there hands or something?
