He is saying that if IRL you emptied a bucket over a fire, it would go out, but he is howing that it doesn't happen in game. We can't use a tinderbox or a lit torch or anything thats lit to set fire to trees!!! :( :( :( Runescape makes no sense...making it fun :D Making me high! Whoo!1!!11!!ONE1!
