Back when I played pokemon, I was working on getting a pokemon that had these 4 moves: mean look (or equivalent move), something that causes a status ailment (makes stuff easier to catch), false swipe and something that lets me hit ghosts with normal type moves. I definitely remember using mean look on the pokemon that always tries to run away. (And for some reason having higher speed then it.) Squab unleashes Megiddo! Completed all quests and hard diaries. 75+ Skiller. (At one point.) 2000+ total. 99 Magic.[spoiler=The rest of my sig. August 25, 201312 yr Yeah. In Platinum, after unlocking National, you have to talk to Oak in the Pal Park and then again at Eterna to trigger their roaming encounters. Granted, HG/SS is easier than Platinum due to lack of jerkbirds running off, but still...
