My own glacor trip was a miserable 29 in 39 minutes (stupid lag) +2 before that from loose kills while watching. +2 shards +1 effigy. Pengs, assists and 2 nourished 2 sated effigies opened = over 150k rc xp gained and under 150k rc xp to 91. Agility is 225k to 91. Almost 91+ stats :).
