Went glacors, died after getting 3 shards/8 kills. Then went tds with dreadnips, went pretty well though lag is still a pain, claws last kill of trip :). Only 26 kills in 40 minutes though, I'm blaming the lag (no steel).

 

Also, somewhere this weekend I maxed my xp counter and hit 240m total xp.

Today is penguins, circus, tears and strange rocks.

I thought that minigames might be more fun if people used potions more, as an average unpotted noob isn't going to hit anything overloaded. Hence, suggestion:

 

If you have the herblore requirement to make a stat-boosting potion, you can trade x doses of that potion (few hundreds to a thousand) + some minigame tokens (Zeal, tickets, tokens etc.) to recieve the benefit of that potion at the start of each game + each time you die.

You have to buy lower tiers before buying higher tiers. For the god brews and overloads, the lp effects are removed. Overloads stay permanently instead of disappearing after 5 minutes (even if you don't die). Super antifire, prayer renewal and antipoison++ are permanent effects as well.

I disagree with not changing lifepoints with Saradomin/Zamorak brews. As far as Saradomin brews go, the main use of them is to heal, and secondly raise defence. An extreme defence pot would be much more appealing, without the decrease in offensive stats.

 

Of course, this doesn't apply to Zamorak brews (which are hardly used at all anyway), but I digress, the main focus is on Saradomin brews.

Well, I suppose you might add that only positive boosts are added. Because it seems so pointless to make people take another 5 bandages and use them in the starting room.

I can honestly say that this method is by far the best way to ever get a fire cape for all those people unable to get one with melee or ranged. Firstly, the moments up to Jad are awesomely easy (half an hour of supreme boredom) and secondly Jad is extremely weak. I only aggroed two healers and just farcasted... with 1500 lp cushion because of brews you can't go wrong, just pray range when in doubt.

 

Also got 1 woodcutting rock.

No dreadnips? Or are those not really worth the effort (spawn near you, waddle waddle waddle to monster, time limit reached in a few seconds). 2/3 for serious fight cave attempts. We had an earthquake and it made me mess up =p.

Dreadnips might be worth it for the 360s, but you can only direct them to attack whatever you are currently attacking and everything lower than a 360 dies in 3 hits max :D.

Went tormented demons - 11 kills in ~14 minutes then my handcannons were both gone. Then a second trip lasting 30 minutes, waiting on kills from alog (was 23). No drops.

 

@Attenuation: borrowed Virtus, would've used Ahrim's if not for Octarine.

 

Got hunter rocks and about 210k xp in 50 minutes. GF Sunstriker.

 

Fishing rocks were a pain, I did around 3-4 urns worth of fishing earlier and 7 urns today (all at barb) with no rocks, then I do one urn of monkfish and I get both :S. Statue 21 done!

They're little summonable monsters you can call into battle for ~30 seconds (even in singlecombat) and hit pretty well, but slow and not amazing accuracy. They also stun and poison, can't be used in pvp. To get them you need 450 dominion tower boss kills, and thereafter five kills means you can collect another 100 dreadnips (so can collect them pretty fast). You can use them at bosses (?), they made nex glitch out and soloable, and I used them to kill an ice strykewrym for fremennik diary with 80 slayer :thumbsup:

Rewards from the dominion tower, small critters that can attack w/e you are attacking, they poison, stun, hit high (300+) and don't count as familiars. Pain to use though.

Figured out what's going on...Low hunter level, missing a piece of camo, and no Zam favor.

 

BUT, I solved 2 of those 3 problems today. Got 180 Zam favor banked, started using Oog'log hunter pools, and eventually leveled up to 87 Hunter. All skills 87+. I'm coming for you :cool:

 

Oh wait, I'm still ahead of you on total, so....I'm pulling away from you :cool:

Why is playing defender almost as infuriating as DGing on 117?

2 levels to all 90+ and I hate Hunter so much that I feel like punching the Draconic Jadinkos every time they leap out of my traps. :thumbdown:
