PP vs Monkey Fighter.

Pulling out all stops i only manage ~200k exp/h at Monkeys with 91 Thieving. I seem to get stunned quite a lot. Would PP be better at this point?

And if so, would it be better till 99 or will Monkeys become a better option again at a later stage?

Thanks!

Monkey knives all the way to 99, think I was getting 240k an hour at 90 and 270k near 99

Ditto, plus you get rune and dragon scimitars. It's pretty click intensive though.

I think there's a certain timing you need to respect in order not to get stunned.

Yeah sometimes i manage to get a decent rhythm going and i can get 30 - 40k exp before getting stunned, but most times it seems i get stunned a lot.

But thank's anyway. Think i'll stick to monkeys then. I should get the hang of it if i'm there a bit longer.

With the Sceptre of the Gods' 10 charges, and the additional urns it provides, PP becomes very similar in XP/hr compared to MKF. However, it's less click intensive generally.

Ultimately it depends if you want to just power all the way to 99 at the highest rate possible or sacrifice a bit of XP and drop your focus a little.

In real life MMO you don't get 99 smithing by making endless bronze daggers.

Sceptre of the Gods makes 2 more urns in both the 81 room and the 91 room visible (for slightly more xp/run).

Inefficiency = fun. That's objective and can't be debated. Ever.

Can you even open all the urns in 81 and the urns + sarco/etc in 91 soloing by yourself?

Well, I know I can do 71 + 81 rooms, but I don't fail very much due to being 89 thieving. I imagine you won't be able to do the full two rooms right at 91.
