January 19, 200620 yr YAY! Finally an event suited for my timezone! That's 8pm for me! Typical, once the time is great for me, everyone complains. I bet it's gonna be changed.
January 19, 200620 yr This schedule is bad for everyone but the english. For those like me who are on pacific time, 4AM is way too early. And, perhaps i should add that there are more people on Pacific standard time than there are in england, and that's not mentioning the rest of the country (and 7am is early even for the east cost people on a weekend). Attendance will be low unless the schedule is changed.
January 19, 200620 yr Wow, i just became p2p. I'll try my best to come, but i will be the lowest level there :(
January 19, 200620 yr Since my RS lifelong goal has been something along the lines of getting brutally beaten by a frenetic free-for-all of fighters... alliteratively... I'll try and be there. ;)
January 19, 200620 yr i believe the point is that they're giving the aussies (who normally get the same ~5AM times north americans get now) not an incredible time, but ALOT better (7-10PM).. giving them a chance to participate since they get shafted on the majority of events and do complain excessively (however legitimate it is)
January 19, 200620 yr Looks like it will be an incredibly Aussie event then. 5 AM for me here, a hard time to get up for or stay up late for, either.
January 19, 200620 yr Too early for me but I say let the Aussies have it. It sounds like they get the short-end of the stick often enough. PM me in game to use some skills of mine (glories/potions) free or to ask a question.Fire Cape - 04/29/06 Lvl 104RAHK's Pro PC Gear and Guide(clickable) Tired of hack and slash? FPSers getting old? Give this game a try!
January 19, 200620 yr YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2pm for me awesome time!!!! thanks!!!!!!!!
January 19, 200620 yr 8 AM, that's a little early in the day for us yanks, but I'm an early riser. We should make it an all day event so come whatever time you can. World 9 is tip.it world.
January 19, 200620 yr yikes! 5am is a bit early for me, i usually go to bed at around 2:30-3:00am, so unfortunately i might have to miss this event.
January 19, 200620 yr Author This schedule is bad for everyone but the english. Here are the results from a poll I ran on here not too long ago asking for timezones. GMT Greenwich Mean Time / CET Central European Time - 37% - [350] EET Eastern European Time / EEDT Eastern European Daylight Time - 7% [ 50 ] CXT Christmas Island Time / WST Western Standard Time - 1% [ 8 ] ACST Australian Central Standard Time / AEST Australian Eastern Standard Time - 9% [ 65 ] HAST Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time /AKST Alaska Standard Time - 0% [2] PST Pacific Standard Time / MST Mountain Standard Time - 12% [ 86 ] CST Central Standard Time / EST Eastern Standard Time - 32% [ 228 ] Total votes: 698 Surely you understand that 37% > 12%. I have only neglected the Pacific and Mountain timezones. While some may not like the fact that the Central and Eastern times are 7 and 8am respectively, if someone wants to come... they will. Those aren't that bad. Throw in the fact that events are consistently late for Euros (around 11pm or 12am GMT) and at RIDICULOUS times for Aussies (3 and 4am), then you will see that it is just plain fair for the rest of tipit. So please, dont talk to me like I don't know what I'm doing. Ive taken the time and effort to research these things. Im sorry it's so early for you.

January 19, 200620 yr Yeah. On Saturdays I don't get on at 8 AM. I wake up. Fall asleep. 4 hours later I'm on Runescape. If you can keep this going all day, then people can probably get in on it. People like me. At least I don't live in the Pacific time zone. Eh.
January 19, 200620 yr Yes finally one at a time i can come. Oh wait no its not im busy on Saturday.......
January 19, 200620 yr If I can get a few more Yank TET to help me, we can hold a normal event later in the morning or around noon CST for the US and Canadian TIF goers. Ill be playing at 7 AM, but I can shower and do all stuff and come back to kick some butt with the late risers. Considering I normally get up at 8-9 on Saturdays, this should not be too bad for me. My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers. January 19, 200620 yr 5AM!!!!!!!!!! screw that you,ll see me about 3 hours late. But good luck to anyone that competes. Barrow Drops: Guthan's Helm, Karil's Crossbow.5 Pieces of the Crystal Key so far. I would never consider meeting people irl. Not just because of risks that they could be a 40 year old man who is only interested in the bottom half of your body.
