I remember clearly that some very weak or cosmetic weapons were considered "unarmed" when you looked at your weapon interface. These were not fun weapons - those are entirely different and typically have negative stats.

Does anyone know specific examples?

 

I thought things like the Gavel, Banner (POH), Vexillium, Barb-tailed Harpoon, and Snowball would be, but they now have names in the interface, so perhaps these gaps were filled (although I'm not sure these were ever vague, these are just things I suspected would be).

At the moment I'm testing at least the poh banner because I'm almost certain it used to say "unarmed".

I think you are thinking of when you go to f2p while weilding a members weapon.

I assume he's looking for things that he can use with dominion gloves. Unless I misinterpret how they work...

I'm pretty sure I've also seen an item that goes into the right hand slot that still produces an "unarmed" combat style. You're probably better off looking for items that don't specifically have a "wield" option, but something like "hold" instead.

I'm almost certain a few of the things I mentioned USED to say unarmed but no longer do.

It's not any of the rfd items, mouse toy, vexillum, or orb of oculus. I think there's some quest items that work, like the crate in that goblin quest.

Eek's attack styles are punch/kick/block, but the combat interface only says "Unarmed" when you're not wielding anything in the weapon slot. When you're holding her, it says "Eek" instead.

 

 

And I imagine it's the same with any other weapon that has the unarmed attack styles.
