After almost a month of not being employed I got a job!

 

Unfortunately for my scaping goals this means I will be playing significantly less. I will be logging in a couple times a day to do dailies/ports and other good xp/hr DnD's like Char's training cavern, troll invasion etc. but I won't have any serious progress on here after I start my job next Monday.

Ports Update : 5 plate sv and my first Quin trio rolled today. Once these are done I will just need all my scrolls to join to 2205 club.

 

I'll be on later tonight to chat with Leik and also get my dailies done. Does anyone know if on the RS official tool bar there is a way to pick which DnD's show up on it? I would like to remove the ones like pineapples from del monti and add ones like chars firemaking weekly.

I got a job working for the school district. 6.75 hours a day but that gets me full benefits and it pays as much as my last job in sales but with this one I work less hours, get health insurance and the job is to play connect 4 with kids all day.

I leveled up to 22 divination today. I plan on getting to 35 for the 2300 total. I'll get as high as I can before my job starts on Monday. I also put an offer in for a Santa Hat at 152 m to see if I could still get it at it's mini-crashed prices but it seems to not be going. I may just invest in a green h'ween mask instead.

Nice. Sound better than the other two you told me about earlier. And all you have to do is play board game with a bunch of kids. Sounds like a win. Too bad you can't just throw them a pack of card then log on to scape.

Started my new job on Monday so I've literally just been on the last 4 days straight to do ports. I'm 1 plate away from a tetsu top and I've got voyages out for another 12 so I should be ~10 mil richer tomorrow. Also rolled a 1 lacquer voyage lol.

 

I've also been playing a lot of Borderlands 2. I hadn't touched it since they raised the level cap and released all the DLC so I spent the cash and have been having a ball. UVHM is challenging in a way that TVHM never was. In the latter you literally were going to die a lot no matter what you did. Bosses were stupidly hard unless you managed to get legendary guns within 5 levels of them, where as UVHM really rewards you for executing strategies well and punishes you for failing at them. Lots of fun. I'm at level 59 now out of 61 and I'm looking forward to getting to do some of the DLC raid bosses solo.

Yep, the job is going really well. I've just figured out my schedule well enough to fit scaping in a bit more. I'll be working mostly on div :)

 

I get a 1.5-2 hour break between each shift so for one break I'll be reading my book and the other I'll be scaping.

Won't be doing much today besides the daily challenge which I am currently logged in for. I'm reading a book called For Men Only. It's a really well researched look into how women (as a majority) think and act. It isn't very long (halfway through it in only an hour of reading because my reading level is 99) but its very good so far and it isn't stupid anecdotal evidence by one guy based on his experience interacting with 10 girls in his life, it's got really well done nationwide surveys to back everything up.

 

TLDR : Working on getting my relationship level to 99.

And then spent a long time in daemonheim and managed to get my medium tasks sans frost dragon bones completed. I also knocked off 220 k xp doing frozen mediums looking for the damn dragon. Tomorrow if I have time I'll try to get a divination level as well as do the Salt in the Wound quest so that I can knock off another req for DG hard tasks.
