December 2, 201015 yr Well...it only took 15 hours to read through the entire guide to Resident Evil to 2005, along with detailed analysis of all the actions and such...Overall I think it was time relatively well spent since now I have no inclination to play the games I haven't played(Which would amount to five or six days, or a fortnight including sleep debt)...and averaging a speed of 3 words a second I am reasonably sure my mind is active as ever, almost double what it was 3 years ago. :thumbsup: (This includes a rounding down to the nearest thousand words to account for disclaimers and the like, which I glossed over.) December 2, 201015 yr Double post, but nobody cares... So, my recent drawing escapades have re-taught me 4 things:1. Hands are a pain in the butt to draw. Period.2. The same goes for feet.3. It's even harder to draw your characters with arms and legs that don't make them look like the Jell-O Man.4. All of those things are at such difficulty that I cannot do them correctly without extensive lessons, extreme perseverance, and/or tutorials. Thus, I am highly considering adding a plot device which causes all of my characters to have non-anatomically-correct limbs and digits. I really don't want to, but if it becomes necessary due to my lack of artistic talent, I'll have to.

December 2, 201015 yr I know exactly what you mean :P Limbs in general are pure evil.Yeah, I think all my characters are going to run into some genetic shortfalls. Because I just realized - I'm too lazy to learn how to do it right, so I'll learn how to do it by doing it wrong the first few times and slowly, gradually getting it right over time.
December 2, 201015 yr Hence, 90% of my characters are wearing very long sleeves, gauntlets, robes, or anything else which hides hands and legs. I should probably look at more tutorials. There's only so far one can go learning from experience, I find.
