I can wear the monocle, together with the hat it should make me seem either approporiatly inapproporiate or inapproporiatly approporiat.

It looks pretty epic actually, you'd look a bit strange for walking down the street but on paper it looks epic.

What do you want for a mouth?

I can give you a line, two lines, grited teath, smile, big bottom lip or an open mouth.

One line then.

 

Also I have fang-ish corner teeth, not flat if you even draw them.

Anyone here good at digital drawing? That is the most important thing. We cannot release hand-drawn comics.

I'm not great at drawing either, remember. I'm still practising, so I'd rather not. You could try asking in the gallery, although you may get lukewarm reception there.

Hand draw then use a line to draw over.

I have photoshop so layering will be a piece of cake for me allowing me to fill in block colours and thicken the lines.

 

Also, backstory should be.

its 2029, not much has happened in the last nineteen years due to everybody fretting about global warming and trying to stop it. Finding out its a myth they began work on genetic modificication but it went wrong. The world is now infested in Zombies and Domo's, only a few people are left, they call themselves!

The Taverners!

The Taverners were a small gathering of people who managed to find a derelict vodka factory, they managed to get the vodka out before it collapsed though and now their job is to KILL ZOMBIES & DOMO's!

Aswell as the stuff I've already asked for could all people who want to be characters in the comic please give their chin shape, their weapon and a brief outline of their personality (I am banning all ridiculous weapons, go along the guidelines of: Axe, Sword, Gun, Cool, Non Japanese and Avalible in real life) I'll let you take a couple of guns or knives aswell.

The ammo will go at the speed of plot so when we're cornered we might have not much ammo but when we're all out PWNing we have limitless ammo (which happens most of the time but you won't notice it)

I personally will be choosing two dual UZI's, And a large sawn-off shotgun down the middle of my trousers (in one episode it actually goes off, hilarity ensues!)

Two bayonette shortswords, a sniper rifle, a kukhri and a sämi knife.

 

Swords on my back, knives in belt, sniper strapped.

 

 

My personality is like here only quiter and more inaproporiate... and I like climbing stuff, walkin two stair steps in one stride and jumping onto things.

Come on thats a bit of a lot, I can invision you with the Kukri and Sami and Sniper but I think the shortswords are overkill, could I remove them.

I'll have to draw you climing and falling :twisted: then!

They're not that big, if anything replace the rifle with a single colt classic.

Size doesn't matter but I don't think having multiple knives is really going to be that great for me (I can remember the rest but the moment you introduce four i'll be forced to use them and it'll just confuse me!)

I plan on getting one of those program(s) / devices that anime speed painters use, if you guys wouldn't mind a manga style comic, Backwards and all!!

I meant the virtual paperboard lol. Where the stylus movements are copied to your computer screen with extreme accuracy. I dont have room for a scanner on my desk lol.

I have to go to a different room to use a scanner and then email the image to myself but it works.

If you have a large area around your floor you could rest the scanner/printer on whatever the hell you want.

 

Those paperboards are amazing and a really good feature for photoshoppers is the ability to have it detect pressure as if you were drawing with a real life pen, you can really choose some good colours and shading with photoshop and stuff.

I've always wanted one but I don't think i'd use it that much.

You can get some cheap ones on ebay.

Nah, I want a really good one, I'll probably buy it with my new PC that i need yet, lol. Oh and w/e photoshop costs, I'll get that too. They go hand in hand when drawing, right? (I haven't researched it much since Im still job hunting)

Use paint.net, free, almost as good as photoshop and unlike gimp it isn't messed up.

They are still really good, just second hand; they work just as good as the new ones and yes Photoshop is ridiculously overpriced.

Photoshop is something like 300-500 dollars (can't quite remember),however if you are willing to put on a proxy there is another method of getting CS5 (Yarhh)

links and pictures are hard to do on my phone however i've drawn a good example of what the comic will look like (albiet without colour, shading, background or bolding). I've drawn a person in their normal stage (1) which is pretty quick and easy and looks ok but when suspense or epicness starts they are well drawn like number 2.

oi, ill just be in a robe, with hair coming down my face with dual katanas for up close and personal, with sniper rifles able to shoot through several rhinos lined up, and a nade launcher.
