Chaos_Reborn
Now that there are a lot of autoers (many people have talked about them) around, why not bring back fatigue? I'm curious to know why they removed it in the first place... Visit my Runescape comedy website, based on in-game screenshots.
Mucky
I can't believe you are suggesting this, don't you remember carrying sleeping bags around everywhere you went.. Man I hated fatigue..
Sparky_X
Yes, bringing fatigue back to the game would be a terrible idea, even though it would get rid of a lot of autoers. But most players now never played rsc so it would be a brand new concept. and most would not like it at all..

Chaos_Reborn
oh I understand. But can't they make it more easier, like whenever you wanted to rest, just click on fatigue and then type a random word and then you'll be recovered? scougre
you have no idea what you're asking back....like mucky said always gotta carry that bag with you, ohw whoops cant sleep a monster is attacking no slayer or combat exp....

But can't they make it more easier, like whenever you wanted to rest, just click on fatigue and then type a random word and then you'll be recovered? That was exactly as it was in rsc? Just that you had to wait until it came down to 0, and that didn't take too long. 88102pbj 8a - BANNED at 108 combat 2004 - 84 Combat RSC.Patrik001 - 72 Attack 50 Defence 92 Strength RSC.X Patrik X - 85 Attack 75 Defence 92 Strength RSC. Chaos_Reborn
you needed a sleeping bag, but now I'm suggesting that you can recover it by clicking "fatigue" and then typing a random password (without a sleeping bag) and without delay get your fatigue to 0%? chaosgone
I hated Fatigue. It was only in place to prevent autoers, and then people wrote programs that could enter in the word displayed on the screen when they were sleeping. It is better to have the random events, since Jagex can always make a new random event when the autoers figure out the current random events. http://www.chaosgone.blogspot.com
Chaos_Reborn
you all have a point then I guess, I'm taking my idea back... Just wanted to give a stop to all the autoers, as their population are huge already and still growing at a rapid speed. Visit my Runescape comedy website, based on in-game screenshots. lazy_cat
Fatique existed only in RS classic right? I cant recall but anyways, with the random events in RS2 there's really no need for the fatique anymore. Random events isnt as annoying as fatique since you can benefit from them. .: Gallery :. Away :( -cheers all!
thunderg_cid
yea im pretty sure that the random events more than make up for a lack of fatigue. Live and Learn.
caughtjoo
Im also sure it wouldnt help if autoers were able to get past it in rsc.... FATIGUE IS CABBAGE^
pati
too confusing cause fatigue is a bit the same as energy accept then that fatique goes up if you do something and energy goes down as you run Computers will never be above humans because we made them. That's what monkeys used to say about us. Bubsa
The only thing fatigue succeeded in was punishing legitimate players. Autoers had and still have the technology to render it useless in minutes: OCRs. This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you.
Zerocool11
Exactly... Fatigue did nothing to stop autoers, part of the reason why they removed it from the game. But I suppose if you complain enough you could get it implemented again...
blue107
it would get rid of none, it would be as easy getting around it as it was on rsc 485th person to ever play RuneScapeBlue107- perm banned 10/12/2007. $300 USD reward if you can get me in contact with someone who will take 5 seconds to look at evidence and get my original character unbanned. I'm curious to know why they removed it in the first place... well they have programs that type the sleep words in for them they would just use the old ones with the new runescape and bam done random events are much more effective then sleep word, some random events kill them and the autoers stops with sleep word they can last for ever and much much longer ~Bmms Aefx(started 11/1/2002) Cb: 200 TS: 1900+Bmms--Jr(Started on 1/24/06)(Banned 11/13/09 ) Cb: 119(pre-eoc) TS: 1700+Bmms(Started 8/?/2001)(Banned 1/24/06 ) Cb: 101(pre-eoc) TS: 1350+

Bassfreak
I think increasing the frequency of random events would be a better step in deterring autoers. As it is, you can go an hour straight with a skill without running into one, but if they made them occur, on average, say once every 5-10 minutes of straight training, you would see a lot more autoers killed off and teleported to remote locations, and ultimately, giving up. And most legitimate players shouldn't have a problem with them occuring more often, as you get free items/exp from a lot of them, and the training in rs2 is laughably easy/fast anyways.
