Why, may you ask? I absolutely love playing and swimming in the water, and the chlorine does wonders for my auto-immune disease (I'm not joking). However, I am [bleep]ing terrified of the return jets. Don't ask why, but I won't even step foot in a hot-tub. Swimming pools are slightly different because as long as I stay away from the walls of the pool, I can't see/feel the jets. I always scout out the areas of the jets in a pool I have never been in before, so I know what areas are safe and which ones are not. If someone were to push me into a pool near a jet (or God forbid right on top of one), I'd jump right back out (most likely crying my eyes out), and I'd beat the shit out of whoever did it.
