What should my inventory setup be? Could I solo him? If not, how many others should go? Is there a different boss that I would be able to solo? Any and all advice appreciated. Thanks

May 15, 201313 yr Instancing means that everyone fights him in their own 'mini-world' i.e. everyone gets their own copy of him to fight. I have no idea about how the instancing works with Bandos but I that's the definition to get you started. HTH.

May 15, 201313 yr On normal mode, instancing changes nothing. Hard mode, being much much harder, gives some better 'basic' drops. Examples include 80k coins or ~20+ infernal ashes (something I saw while testing Zammy). Don't bother w/ hard. Even a trio doesn't get many kills in (although I don't know what they were using). Drop rates of the rare items don't change, so it's pure supply drain for not enough added benefits.
