February 23, 200620 yr How the heck do you get PNG's smaller than JPG :( Every single time I have saved an image as PNG (in any program) it has been at least 3x bigger than the JPG version :-? Nice guide btw. Should help a lot of people ;)
February 24, 200620 yr If we don't have a scanner, should we just start straight with paint linework? That's what I've been doing, and although I don't feel as comfortable with it and I know I could do much better with my hand, paper, a pencil, and a scanner, it still works fairly well. Are there any other options?

Are there any other options? try drawing on paper, taking a digital camera image then putting it onto the computer thats what i was stuck doing for about 2 months because my brother stole my scanner but make sure its better than 2 megapixel and ur in a well light room

If yall have any idea of what to put in the background, tell me....my imagination shut off halfway through ^_^ i suppose i have to potential to practice for a bit and be good haha :P P.S. I understand where you're going but what I wanna see is those lights like in the barrows sig broken up into steps. April 12, 200620 yr Ohhhhh Tut means tutorial.... Took me a while to get my head round that... This is a really good guide and I'm going to attempt to make my own pixel sig soon instead of preying on other peoples free work. Hopefully I can come up with something I'm proud of in the end. I've never pixelled before and you have inspired me.
