The value of my bank at its height. Estimated value at the peak of the rares market: 250 billion+.Most likely the largest trade in RuneScape ever. If you sold yours and regret it: dont worry, they will go back down If you already have one and want to sell to make profit: I recommend selling it within a week. If you bought one for 15m: HAHA!.

February 21, 200620 yr look, you people need to learn a few things, stop playing the markets so much, the market will play you. just sit tight with your rares, i've sit tight with all my rares since every single drop through the ages. 2 years ago someone would ask i.e how many santas i had, i would answer, and they would say "why dont you sell em?" and i go "no". now I could have sold em and made around 25 mil than, a substantial amount, now I can sell them and make 450-500 mil off them, also a substantial amount, but what about in 2 years time again? think what you want, but time doesnt lie, and time has already revealed alot of truths, such as the FACT that rares CANNOT deflate in price without going DOUBLE UP a little later.

If you continually keep hold of them, and don't ever sell them, they have no value if you see what I mean. Obviously they have value, but if you never sell them they don't... I think :? What Fook means is that rares will always go higher then any peak they currently reached and thus it is always "smarter" to hang on to it in the long run. But like you said, if you never sell it, you'll never 'be rich' either. Some people, like pure merchants don't care about that as their goal is being as rich as they can (and keeping rares helps with that)... But for skillers who would also love to use the cash on their skills, it may be an idea to sell them very slowly throughout the years. The value of my bank at its height. February 21, 200620 yr Rare are about the only good for investment in rs Invest into them with your spare cash If you can time the market and sell them at the right time, you win. If you have to sell them when you are urgently in need of money, good luck to you. Mask is prefered to phat as i see more potential in profit. I might be wrong but mask are more affordable to most player and reselling is much easier. I have played this game for 3 year and got 99 smithing. I have also managed to invest into 8 mask set. Not too bad for a pure f2p huh ? Buying runite ore 11.6k and runite bar 13.6kA 100% f2p who believe in hard work and not begging
