Mercifull
Orbital, Aphex Twin, Massive Attack, Clint Mansell Those a probably a bit snythy as you mentioned u like the floyd so if you want more lyricly weird try Ayreon or some other rock operas Mercifull <3 Suzi "We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. Necromagus
There are plenty of Ayreon songs that are musically weird too, especially on The Electric Castle album. Rizla
Team Sleep have got some pretty chilled out trippy elements in some songs. Kirk and Lars I could handle. At the same time.

I definitely felt a bit "abducted by aliens" when I first listened to 'OK Computer', so go for it!

How2PK
Not a band, but an album. We're only in it for the money. By the Mothers of Invention. It combines a lot of different rock styles from different era's and is basically a mockery of the hippe era and life in America. Due to the combination of the various rock styles and 'different' vocals and excentric compositions you can deff. label this as pshycadelic. Listen to the entire album, not just a few songs. Easily one of my fav. albums. It's like nothing you've ever heard before, that's a promise. Tracklist: 1. Are you hung up? 2. Who needs the peace corps? 3. Concentration moon 4. Mom & Dad 5. Telephone conversation 6. Bow tie daddy 7. Harry you're a beast 8. What's the ugliest part of your bodie 9. Absolutely free 10. Flower punk 11. Hot poop 12. Nasal retentive calliope music 13. Let's make the water turn black 14. The idiot bastard son 15. Lonely little girl 16. Take your clothes of when you dance 17. What's the ugliest part of your body (reprise) 18. Mother people 19. THE CHROME PLATED MEGAPHONE OF DESTINY For first time listening don't just play at your PC while playing RS or something. Put it in your CD player, grab the lyrics with you and really listen, it's a great experience. Don't expect mind-gripping guitar solo's either, percussion is great though. In case you might wonder when you hear it, "Flower Punk" is indeed based on "Hey Joe" by Hendrix. Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore!
