February 28, 200620 yr I finally got a party hat in Runescape! I bought a yellow party hat for 14 santas. I'll never be able to get a second party hat or more santa hats. I know the santa hats will rise more than the party hat, but I really wanted it, and I'm happy that I have it! The price doesn't matter, since I never sell rares anyway. Do you think it was a good deal? Yellow for 14 santas: 14 * 5.5 = 77, seems about right to me. Are there many people here who got party hats? February 28, 200620 yr I had a phat in classic. Traded to someone else who wanted it for 10 coins cuz they weren't rare then. (December 26th the year they came out)
March 1, 200620 yr Author how dit you make that avater screen? I used the screenshot above, rescaled the character to 80x80, then used floodfill, then drew black borders, then used pixel by pixel painting to finetune it.
