Freshwacka
I do not think that it's fair that dark gloves give a higher bonus than black dragonhide vambraces, and infinity gloves. Those two should be better than dark gloves by a long shot. Thoughts? Opinions? By the way, I have dark gloves. 99 Crafting Blog
cotamatias
Saying that the dark gloves are rather hard to get( I have as well). I feel that they should be as good as they are. I mean they have absolutly great bonnuses and i would have been seriously dissapointed had it been a lame reward! Qizx2- ArchmagePersonnumber100- Warlock for life.Would you? kwimbob
Saying that the dark gloves are insanly hard to get( I have as well). I feel that they should be as good as they are. Hm... they weren't really that hard to get. Killing all the monsters at the end was the only hard part (besides maybe the monkey cooking req.) The gloves are really good for what you have to do, but they're really awesome because you can't buy them. You have to be strong to get them, so you can't get those bonuses when they would help you way, way too much. Combat 116+; Total 1900+; All Hard Tasks; (Nearly) All quest points; (Nearly) All skills 60+; An aquatic moose ninja.Currently: Using 63 hunter to get some of those "Chins", then I'm going to range stuff down. Interruptions of agility when I feel like it, as well. And lucky enough to get 4 Dragon and 6 Barrow Drops.[hide]Kwimbob now looks exactly like me in real life except for hair color. Yes, this means I look exactly like the protagonist of that certain anime that my second character, Faye_V is also named after. Yes, I bought a jacket that also looks like his. No in real life I don't have a slain bear to sling over my shoulders. Yes, I'm that skinny even if I no-life it for years in basements. No, I can't shoot a gun. Yes, I can win any other strategic video game you have never played - because I probably have, ahahaha. And yes, I also have brown eyes, yet one of my eyes looks different from the other. And yes, I'm completely oblivious to the [real] world around me as I constantly engineer new solutions to daily problems in my head. When I get hungry, all that isn't food can wait. kaaskop89
hi i dont got the dark gloves but dont you have to complete whole rfd to get them? and if so its hard to get all the quest and req i dont feel like doing DT mb in a couple of months :(
Gamerr
If the gloves won't give more ranged/attack points or any other points then the current gloves, nobody will use them. I like it, finally a useful reward from a (new) quest. :D
dwarfie76
hi i dont got the dark gloves but dont you have to complete whole rfd to get them? Yes you do, I just got mine after grinding level 70 cooking and finishind DT. They're awesome.
tiggehdroih
yup, they arn't insanely hrd to get though, my lvl 83 friend got them (after dieing 4 times on the daga mother...) I'm not drunk! Umega
Saying that the dark gloves are insanly hard to get There not 'insanely' hard to get, I got my pair easily. I don't mind the gloves being powerful than the infin gloves and black vambs. No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.
Superpiccolo
They are hard to get if you havent done all the quests leading upto this one. They are prefect reward I think. Great sastisfaction when using them also. "If ignorance is bliss...then knock the smile off my face!" lagatag
Black dragonhide and Infinity are tons easier to get than the dark gloves. Also they're not a quest reward, and both suck pretty bad. Whats wrong with a item you have to actually work to get giving good stats?
Craven_Image
The gloves are fairly easy to get I did the quest on the day it came out without a guide so it's not like it takes a long time to get them. Then again getting dragonhide vambraces is even easier. 99 Magic, 99 Defence, 99 Strength, 99 Attack, 99 Hitpoints, 99 Fletching, 99 Woodcutting, 99 Firemaking, 99 Thieving, 99 Ranged, 99 Prayer, 99 Cooking, 99 Fishing
lazy_k
It's not logical that melee gloves are better than the best mage and range ones though...not that I'm complaining.
meb
But you have to put a LOT more work in infinity gloves than in dark gloves... But this doesn't matter anymore, because there are better gloves now :? . I personally think that the dark gloves should only give melee bonusses. nielsdek
they may look easy to get because the quest is fairly easy but the quests u need to do before you can do the whole quest are pretty hard like dt and monkey madness so they are actually hard to get I was once at the airport with my friends in California, had to go "potty" really bad, and just pissed my pants in the middle of the terminal. (All the cool kids piss in their pants, right?)barrows loot: lost countdaga king loot: lost count :p
brazyjay031
they may look easy to get because the quest is fairly easy but the quests u need to do before you can do the whole quest are pretty hard like dt and monkey madness so they are actually hard to get exactly... and that makes the gloves worth the effort people should stop whinin i had to do like 20 quests to get mine and it was worth every one and id be mad if they gave less bonuses RSC veteran
Green_Screen
Would you like some cheese with that wine? The quest itself isn't that hard to do but the requirements to finish are quite hard. Having to complete almost every master quest to finish with the exption of the mouring's end quests and have some pretty high lvl stats is easy. I personally have done every quest but the two banni wanni trio quest. i refuse to do it :D

idiot911
if you think the item is unfair, get it then post about it. He has the item. Anyway, its only +1 better than vamps so peoplw ill still use vamps in wildy. Besides the infinity book was the main "big deal" with that release. THAT probably won't be replaced for awhile. Besides there are ton of items like legends cape, that are inferior to others ( such as obby cape/fire cape) but for cost reasons people still wear legends. hiddel
you need to have done a majority of the quests in runescape just to get them. that alone justifies them beign so good.
