Have any of your grades risen since you started playing RuneScape? I know it's definitely possible that they may fall.

I thought this was going to be a post about grades dropping, and I was going to let everyone know mine have actually risen...so yea, they are higher. Last year before I played RS I passed Science with a 70%, this year I have an 93% in science at the moment... :D

My history jumped from a 75% to a 95%, but two of my french and english grades dropped 5% ea, but I went up 1% overall.

In lower school my grades were very good, then they slumped a bit in middle school, but I started playing Runescape in upper school and they slowly rose now I'm at uni and they're pretty good again.

If your grades drop because of runescape you should consider taking a break from this game. It's just a game. Don't get addicted to it.

My grades stay the same usally.

 

Usally I have B+ (86-89%) or A (90-100%)

My math grade only raised by like 3 percent =\

RS has taught me j.s i dint know all ready.

This is just my opinion, rs will have no dirrect affect on grades. Grades are bassed on how you are as a person, theres people the could spend more time on rs then on school and still be a prefect student and there could be people that spends hours studying and little rs and still do bad. It really depends on the maturity level of the person, most people only do well in school when they are truely ready for it.

My grades stay pretty much the same. If they do rise or fall its probably not because i play a game.

My math, language arts and science grades have gone up a little, but I really doubt Runescape had anything to do with it. I'm surprised reading what some of the kids on RS type hasn't made my language arts grade go down a few letters. :wink:

ive gone from Bs to A* but its nothing to do with rs, its because i got more used to my school and the way it tests.

I still get straight A's(Im in grade 9). School is a breeze. But I play Runescape 1 hour a day now.

haha mine have lowered...i actually have a d in one subject, never have had a d, but o well. long as im not failing and dont gotta go to summer school im kool.

Im like one of the cleverest pl anyway...and i done play every week...mainly at weekends...lvl 59....i learnt how to make cake!

Well my entire sophomore year my grades have been B's...i'm used to A's and having above a 4.0, but this year I have been taking German 4 and AP Government, both of which are senior classes. In German 4, I actually have an A-, which isn't bad at all considering I'm the only sophomore/underclassman in the class, but in AP Government, I received a C first quarter. To be honest, I'm really not too upset about it because the class is the hardest class at my school, but I really do wish it were higher. I study and do everything I can to pass, but it seems that my test taking is just lowsy...and that goes for just about every other class as well. I excel in writing and not so much in multiple-choice.

 

 

 

Oh, and I should probably mention I don't play Runescape, and haven't this whole sophomore year (besides the occasional "log-on-for-forty-two-seconds-to-say-hello-to-some-old-friends"). It's jsut a tough year. Next year I begin International Baccelaureate, so that should be tough.

i have straight A's ever since i moved to America (except for teh first 2 years learning english) now i m a junior in the IB program (some international prestigious program that is suppose to be really good....) right now i maintained an A in every class (physics, math, drafting, spanish, history) with a B in english

Mine fell from 94 to 89 when i got membership, and then rose to 96 after i quit membership...

 

So overall, yes, they did go up 2%...

I'm guessing that the reason for this is that I have to stick to a schedule which will keep my grades up. I find that since playing runescape, i have become more organized... could the rs bank be affecting me to do that? Also, I have found that before runescape, i didn't have "fun", but instead, i was cramped up studying (once in a while going out with friends and what not) but now I guess the fun helped bring my grades up. The brain needs a break every now and then.

 

Overall, Runescape has made me a better person and I will make sure I never forget it.

I actually do better not studying...as odd as that sounds. I have a good memory for things like school, and formulas. Studying seems to be more confusing than helpful. :?
