I miss asking someone if they had the plague from west ardounge when they were drinking pots for vials :lol: and dieing in wild with full rune and my shiny new D-baxe and then having some 100+ giving me rune legs to go away.

 

 

 

Hehe. I was worried about plague too. Wouldn't wear armor or anything

 

around ardougne cuz I was afraid I would catch it and die lol.

I missed the fun of RuneScape. Not many autoers ruining the game or jerks back then.

 

 

 

Now I'm so high I've learnt everything about RuneScape, and my game is also limited by my F2P-ness, I feel like I'm reading a novel that I've already read and know what will happen.

I miss being to level up approx. every five seconds, training with my friends, and getting a rune long thinking it was the best weapon in the game.

fearing things that i may run into unexpectidly, now things fear me... because im unexpectablly dangerous :oops:

it being so easy to achieve a really satisfying goal quickly cos i didnt know the goals were nooby (eg lvl 10 wc do sheep shearer)

This all brings back so many memories. I too remember when I was

 

jumping for joy because i could finally wield the rune long that I had just

 

bought from the champs guild.

i miss the excitment of leveling like 40 times a day, i was talking to some guy who did that today i was like :shock:

I mis finding out all the new things because you never knew what to expect.

 

 

 

And I also found it fun being attacked by things like the wizards outside varrock, I thought it was heaps fun trying to outrun them to get to or from varrock.

I miss dying within 10 minutes of getting off tutorial island and losing all my valuable stuff (tinderbox, bronze axe and pick, net etc.) and making a new character because I wanted it back.

 

Miss finishing cooks assistant after half an hour of asking people how to get eggs flour and milk, then realising my cooking was getting way ahead of my other skills (lvl 5). 600xp was a big reward then.

 

Yep also miss lvling more than once a day. Or even actually lvling each day.

 

I really miss being able to cut yews without any macroers. There were times when real people cut yews with me. Now retired from yew cutting.

 

I miss the joy of getting my first 100k from ess merchanting, seeing that letter k was fun, made me feel ultra rich, expecially after losing 60k when I went unknowingly into the wild.

I miss not knowing what this game was all about, exploring and dying to a hobgobling because I thought it would be an easy kill since they are pushovers in Baldur's gate 1 :oops:

 

I miss the fact that every person you would meet would have their name in red, thinking they were so powerfull.

 

I miss the joy off getting my air talisman back after I had died with it (yes, dam that hobgoblin!) so I could finish the quest now.

 

I miss carrying around everything I thought was important instead of banking it

The nice community from Runescape classic and being around less than 3000 people at a time. :P

i miss bragging to my friends about being lvl 40(i suck at every thing else).

 

i miss trying for months to get my rune long.

 

i miss being lvl 60 and killing blue drags with a hally.

 

i miss my first ring of wealth.

 

i miss trading 10k feathers to my friend for a mith kite.

 

i miss seing new places.

 

but most of all i miss having freinds better than me in rl.

I definitely miss my best mate Player1337 who was benned not long after i started :( It's about 9 months ago now and he's still better than me in most skills :/

 

 

 

I miss it being easy to gain levels with a mage-based combat. These days i just settle for a mage level close to my combat level :(

What i miss of being a newb is :

 

 

 

- The total liberty!!:D

 

- Having lots of new thing to do and discover instead of just levelling.

 

- 1+1=3 :shock:

I miss quests to do and exploring the game. I've done most of it now and it makes the game a little less fun.. :P me have to become member soon

Levelling every two minutes, even if i wasn't trying to.

i miss seeing people with their red names, as someone else said.

 

 

 

 

 

now they are all green yellow or orange. their are a few elucive red guys out their... but not for long

i miss getting amazed by all the different coulurful peices of armour people where wearing and always discovering new exciting places like rimmington 8-)

Even though higher level people can do more, I miss being a low lvl player becuase then, the game was all new and everything was more fun becuase you never did it before. Things are still fun, but now I know A LOT about Runescape which kinda takes the surprise factor out of everything. Oh well

i miss finding the endof f2p wildy, and teh addy arrows, and the burnt bones, thinking i was rich because i had burnt bones....and then being real dissapointed noone would buy my burnt bones for 10k each, and just burying them....and then finding out they only gave 4 exp

Getting a ton of levels every day.

no doubt. now all the levels that matter to me are spaced days, if not weeks apart.

-Talking to the men thinking they were players

 

-saying You are dead every time i killed a goblin

 

-Selling feathers for days to the lumby fishermen

 

-Begging for iron and steel

 

-all old f2p friends

 

-Going up levels fast

 

-working all year to be able to kill that mean old guard

 

-taking 2 years to finish demon slayer

 

-Thinking runescape was the best thing since sliced bread

 

-Using chisel on raw lobster to break the shell so i could eat it.
