June 26, 200620 yr I think it might even be more fun not to root for any particular team. I mean, it's great while you're team is in, but when they don't win the cup (which most teams obviously don't), it's heartbreaking. That's why it's great just to watch for some great soccer.

June 26, 200620 yr Aaaah bah! Bit of a late post, but the Netherlands didn't deserve losing that game. More than 20 shots on goal, none of them made in through. Perhaps you can say the shots weren't good enough, or the goalie was too good, but if you shoot more than 20 times, at least one should be n, definately if you have a few great attackers like Van Persie, Van Der Vaart, Kuijt and Cocu in front. Van Basten shoud've let Van Nistelrooij be in the central attacking pos in the second half, he didn't even get to play! :cry: :cry: the netherlands didn't deserve to lose :cry: :cry: that shot from Cocu daarn.. :cry: :cry:
