June 12, 200620 yr Australia vs. Japan isn't bad so far. Both teams good chances. Stupid mistake by Schwarzman thoug. Kewell is playing pretty good. Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore!
June 12, 200620 yr the goal shouldnt have stood, Japan player just ran into the goalkeeper as the free kick came in. More like Schwarzer ran into the player and went "eurrrgh" with his fist. This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you.
June 12, 200620 yr Cahill looks like hes won the game for Australia EDIT, a strange quote from tilsley. "Okofucinishi, the name on his back says it all" after he has a shot thats just missed. :? EDIT2: 3-1 to australia www.PETAkillsanimals.com
June 12, 200620 yr Should be 2-1 or 1-1 to japan and tim cahill sent off  But hey what ya gonna do.
June 12, 200620 yr Damn, really exciting game. Not much quality, but very entertaining. Australia deserved to win! Excellent coaching by Hiddink. Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore!
June 12, 200620 yr Heh, thought Japan might be the one opponent Australia could get the full 3 points against. If they manage to pull out a draw against Croatia and Croatia gets a poor result against Japan, they could actually end up second behind Brazil :o My Tip.It Times Articles (10 and counting) || The Varrock Library Author Index projectDo you dare to dream? - Part 19 added. || The Hospital (WIP) - New story!Necromagus looks like a viking ... with glasses.
June 12, 200620 yr i look forward to see brazil. they have some of my favorite soccer playas like roberto carlos, ronaldihno and ronaldo
June 12, 200620 yr USA 2 - 0 behind against Czech. Too bad Koller went out, and most likely will be out of the WC. :( Great goals though! Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore!
June 12, 200620 yr Well, so much for the USA maybe they will beat Italy and Ghana and be able to take second in the group. I sure hope Koller is okay, it always stinks when a player gets injured. Especially for a team that has a good chance to win it all. Your true character is what you are like when you believe there are no repercussions.
June 12, 200620 yr I fear that'll be the end for Big Jan. Hamstrings, whether pulled or torn, take at least 3 weeks. Then he'd have to get back to fitness. It's a shame for him because of the horrible season of injury he's had and bad for the Czechs as he's their talisman. This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you.
June 12, 200620 yr Czech's played well, but I think they will miss Koller later in the tournament against the bigger teams.
June 12, 200620 yr Come on Czechs. Im counting on our new boy Thomas Rosicky to rip apart the yanks. (Football not soccer!!!) Told you so? BK.
June 12, 200620 yr Come on Czechs. Im counting on our new boy Thomas Rosicky to rip apart the yanks. (Football not soccer!!!) Told you so? Doi :P Even Andy Townsend could have predicted that correctly. What a player though, heaps better than Fabregas. This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you.
June 12, 200620 yr Ghana disappointed me  It's pretty much what I expected from the game. Italy played well enough. 19 games they've gone unbeaten now.
Scored two great goals today, nearly a hatrick but the shot hit the bar. Well Cesc is still 19, Thomas is 25, Time is on Cesc's side. But they are very similar styles of players. I think it was an amazing move by Wenger to bring him in. I noticed this season that when we didnt have fabregas playing, we were extremely poor at keeping the ball and our build up play. (E.g. Tottenham home) He is a massive part of the team, but hes only 19, he cant play everwhere. Rosicky is more than capable of playing the Fabregas playmaker role, and we got him for only 6.8 mill, what a bargain. BK.
