I know FIFA have told me to crack down on stuff like slide tackles but they're just being way too over cautious. I think there was something like 28 cards given out in the first 8 games. As long as argentina wins I make my 10$ i thought the we actually deserved the win, not being biased or anything, but i think we had more shots than the japanese.. We deserved to win as the goal was dodge (Japan) and Australia clearly had more ball and more oppunities. I dunno why Harry Kewell plays i reckon his useless If Harry didnt miss hit that shot against uruguay to give Bresc the shot, then we probably wouldnt be here today, yes or no, and Harry is a great player, he just didnt have a stand out game, but others stood up, and it was great, Harry will probably do wonders against Brazils defence, you watch, .......in my dreams that is :lol: I do admit that harry kewell got us to the world cup nor the fact that he isn't a talented player but i doubt he will pose much of thread to the brasilian defence. Harry never seems to have good games for australia except the one against Urguay. He is chosen on the merit that he is australia's best player ever and without him the media would cause a riot. Other offensive midfielders have proven their worth to the side eg.Cahill and Bresicano, Skoko. Emerton and Culina can be used for their adaptable. Villa scored a great free kick too. Nice to see some new names in the spanish squad, rather than the same old faces. Too bad Cesc didnt get enough time to do much though, always next time though. Great, they just delivered my new 32" HD TV. problem is that sky wont be delivering the box for another week. so i cant watch the England game on it tommorow! I've been watching the entire game, was great but I was kinda disappointed that it would end in a scoreless draw. Who would've expected Germany to pull it off in the 91st minute?! Argentina'll be a close third, and I'm not sure about fourth. Heh I think it's fair to say that the U.S were battered by the Czech republic. But Italy against Ghana, only 2-0 wasn't it? I don't know about Italy making the final. Czech Republic shall win it with Nedved with the golden boot. Second shall be Brazil, third Germany while fourth as Argentina or maybe England. Anyway yes looking forward to Togo playing! Although it had suprised me alot of the underdog teams like Angola, Ghana, Costa Rica etc haven't played badly. Angola I thought would be thrashed by the Portugese. However it's fair to say they put up a fair fight. They only won 2 - 0, yeah. But the Ghanan side, well > the USA side. The play between Totti and Toni was beautiful, one of the most inspirational football matches I've ever seen. The home side haven't a chance...I hope Rooney breaks his leg again.
