I don't personally. But a few people do.

I'll be laughing when i say Lmao or Rofl.

Surely Lol is just a word to say you found it amusing, you wouldn't have:

"CI"

Chucking inside----^

-o-

i dont usually laugh out LOUD but i laugh in my mind, sometimes i just smile : ) but now im actually Laughing out loud :)

There was this girl that I knew who said to her boyfriend on MSN: "We hardly ever meet, wanna meet somewhere to talk?" (She was preparing to ditch that boy). Guess what his answer was? A plain "lol"

I find it irritating when people lol all the time, as I'm sure they don't think it's funny. "I just went out and bought some toasts" "lol" :roll:

I actually boycotted the word lol for a while, and I hardly use it nowadays as well. I do sometimes use it when I don't mean it, I guess it's just something natural that comes after playing too much Runescape.

What a great topic :P

Yea, much like MSN as well, it's almost an automatic response to most things these days :-k

Your right, I dont, but I still use it because I think it is more affective... Much like Lmao > Lol also

hmmm CHAOS! dont buy more humans! :P so what have you done with your slave?

I rarely laugh when I "lol". If something really makes me laugh Ill type "hahaha" or something similar. People "lol" so much these days its a pretty standsard response and has lost its meaning.

RSN: Ste_Boz

For me it's usually on automatic response, I have actually laughed 2 or 3 times though.

lol = normal respons to 'little funny' things

rofl = greater laugh

roflmao = laughing for real

OMGWTFBBQROFLMAO!!! = ...

[Admin Edit: Innapropriate Text in sig removed]

I say "haha" instead of "lol".

If i do laugh out loud, i say "made me lol". :oops:

Sometimes...

Sometimes...

Not often...

Really sometimes...

Mostly I say it, just to say something.

But if it really isn't funny, I say: "Wkay?" or "Owkay?". But because I say that doesn't mean it's not funny.

Same here, that's what I do. Sometimes I laugh a bit, but never really the amount 'lol' would suggest.

Well, when I say lol in game, I usually have a little smile but not a 'laugh out loud'. When I do laugh out load irl, I would say rofl or lmao.

No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.

lol, rofl, lmao... i don't laugh in real life when i say those, only when i type like crazy "hahaha..."

I don't say "lol" a lot, it seems pointless when you stick it on the end of every sentence. If someone actually manages to crack a decent joke or if they make a witty comment, I will "lol" just to show my appreciation of the good humour even if I am not smiling. I think I have genuinly laughed at something someone has said on the internet less than ten times. Most of the times on this forum. Possibally never on Runescape.
