You talk to an Easterner at Port Phasmatys, he sells bolt racks lol, he's also part of Ghosts Ahoy quest. Morytania - bits keep being added ... Isafdar & that mysterious green strip that appeared on the map... Not that I wouldn't like to see a new land; I just think you're ignoring stuff.
