then they answer "we are trying to train"

keep in mind guys that you can get pots in warrior's guild for 15gp or so for str and att, but over 100gp for def....

Affliction and the hearts use the same worlds. I didn't really like the hearts' requirements (they sounded pretentious to me) and liked Affliction's so I joined them. Link is in the guide.

Lol, not going to happen sorry. If you stick with it you can get 90 pretty quickly. With intelligent play you will be there faster than the guys "training" on the defilers. :wall: Good Luck!

Around 141 ea if I remember correctly. Still cheaper than the 200-250 ea that wf vials go for so, again, you are still ahead of the game. I also buy pizzas there and add pineapple. Can't beat the training food there. :3>

D baxe spec is superior on most worlds but when playing with Affliction you will find that the dds specs are superior.

I had 70 attack, 65 def, 65 strength, so I would train using whip on defense and then use my points on strength.

 

 

 

That seemed to work out really well for me.

 

 

 

Also since I had no food and I was generally being attacked by a lot I would just turn on retribution before I died to get a couple extra points in. After I die I would just run back to where I was and continue killing.

I believe that the best plate and legs for PC is spined. It gives melee, mage and range defense, and in PC, we are attacked by all three. However, I am the only person I see using it. If you have 81 prayer, like me, then you can use the attack type prayers even without monks robes through the entire game, unless it is very slow.

Your tactic is the exact reason that high-level clans came into existence. You are what is called a "leach". You do not help the game end faster and therefore make it go SLOWER by taking the boat spot of somebody that is actually USEFUL.

 

 

 

Feel free to use your tactics on world 78. This is where people that do not help speed games up belong. Don't get me wrong. I am not saying that you should not play pc. You just need to stick with 78 and try to be useful. Killing non-brawler/splatter monsters actually HELPS on slow/normal worlds. That is where you belong since you are a very nice addition to the team there.

 

 

 

The problem is this: this guide has nothing to do with normal pc games. It is intended only for the games and groups who pc with the best gear for the fastest games possible.

No no no. Let me rephrase that. On high-leveled pc worlds those actions are leaching. On ANY other world, you are doing EXACTLY what you should be doing! Sorry for the confusion.

i literally do not play more then 30 games at a time. i just cant stand it, i will logout usually after 10 games and go post on forums or check something do this or that.

 

 

 

 

 

HAVE A REAL GOAL. seriously people i get 99 strength in a week because i was focus, now my heart has sunk deep in my chest knowing that what i am now is the strongest i will ever be, i shall never hit any harder unless i get a fire cape of gain more hp. i no longer have a goal, 99 attack isn't that appealing i could of had that 2 weeks ago..and well the only thing i care about is prayer and that is dull because it takes so long to level from PC points

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

use your points wisely pesters. spread around the points a little bit as you go for your goal, occasionally use 100 points on HP range or magic or something your not focusing on. you don't want to get burnt out before taking maximum advantage of this situation.

Dragon mace is actually quite useful on portals. You hit very high with spec and portals seem to be weak against crush attacks. I told a few people to all use d mace on portals, and it was dead within all 4 specs.

I'm currently getting 94 mage by using the high level curse spells in Pest Control, but I don't know any PC worlds other than 78, and I'm sick of people saying "omg dark wot r u armur?" and the fact that we lose 90% of the games.

 

 

 

My stratergy is, Run in and Enfeeble (Lower defence) on the portal, then get my 4 dagger specials in on it, then switch back to mud staff for the remained of my 50 damage. Then I stun and do the strength reducing spells on the monsters attacking people and spinners to get them off. Repeat this around all 4 portals until we're done, or until the void knight dies.

 

 

 

Of course, if I went to high level pest control world I'd have to attack the portals more, but I basicly make the portals easier to kill and keep the spinners off.

 

 

 

Just need to get to a high level pest control but I don't know any.

While the spec DOES hit high, it lowers it's accuracy. Up until about 85 attack I was having a decent amount of problems when it came to connecting. This might be an option for those with 95+ attack but I would still think that dds specs would end up with a higher damage average.

 

 

 

The yellow portal can be destroyed with 2 specs each from 4 or 5 high leveled players so it doesn't really count since it is rarely the last to fall. I just mention this in case you were referring to that portal. As to the portals being weak to crush, I FAR out damage full verac's with a whip which would not happen if they were weak to crush. The slower speed of the flail would be more than compensated by its special effect over the whip if they were weak to crush. This, of course, is based off of my personal experiences and not actual Jagex confirmation so I could be wrong.

The mage tip is great with a mud staff on non-high leveled worlds for the xp and the weakening effect. I would think that a dds would out-damage a mystic mud (about a rune long) but have never really compared the two.

 

 

 

JOIN AFFLICTION!!! 90+ is pretty easily obtained for most players who go all out and they are a fun group. At 114 and with a decent teamwork ethic you will be readily accepted. They are NOT a clan but are a "group" so it should not conflict with any other obligations you have. The link is in the first post.

I have tried it. I find that the chance of splashing 3 specs is more common than splashing 4. It doesn't seem to out damage the DDS for me. Another bonus is that it usually poisons the portal which helps a bit. One of the biggest detractors for me is that it forces you to requip your shield slot which usually takes the time of an additional hit. I did 50 loads of each and found that my dds specced rounds were an average of 43 damage higher than d hally rounds.

 

 

 

With that being said, if it works for you, USE IT! I don't care if you can hit better with a wet noodle as long as you are taking out portals, lol.

According to Dictionary.com

 

leeching: One that preys on or clings to another

 

 

 

So using that, it isn't leeching. If I was leaching, I would walk in, get 50 pts and then walk to the boat and wait. There is a difference. I have seen the higher levels do pest control, I've even stumbled on a couple of them while I was buying runes there so I join them. I have found that they sometimes do need to have people protect the knight. And this was a 90+ guild (at least it looked that way).
