There is no reason to do 100% flax.

January 29, 200719 yr You will never get to 0 cash in chest, as the rule is taht yuo use 10%of cash with a maximum of 75k per day. So with 7.5mio, you will have 90 days limitedat 75k and then 10 days with 10 percent of remaining (75k, 67.5k,60750, ....) so 290565 gp remaining after 100 days) I would suggest to only let it 90 days or to refill with an extra 750k during the span.

February 4, 200719 yr I kept it at 100% most of the time, but the lowest was when it got down to 97% when my power went out. I think I left in in there for like 43 days, or something. After everything was sold I made a little over 9 mill not subtracting what was put into the coffers. So, maybe like 6 mill profit. I also got 2 spirit seed trees, which I'll probably never be able to use.
February 6, 200719 yr These aren't my own results, but from a good friend in my clan... Amount of workers on what? And how much money was put in? My dA account..retired, as of the 1st January 2008.
